The staff is always so kind and attentive. I always get a good product from pedicures to gel manicures. The location is very clean and the staff are taking the pandemic very seriously.

I tried this place because a friend of mine gets her nails done here and they always looked so good so I decided to try. I got my nails done here a while ago for my birthday and I will NEVER go back. The woman doing my nails was so incompetent. I had her do a gel coat top coat over my paint and she was SO confused like that's unheard of?? The woman was then pushed out of the way as another tech showed her how to do it??? When I left, EVERY single one of my nail were SO bumpy. I had to go to my go-to salon (Pro Nails in East Stroudsburg) and have them fix them because they were so horrible. I didn't care at that point if I had to pay somewhere else that's how angry I was after leaving this place because I knew they would not fix them how I liked. Terrible.

Staff is not very nice... I had a coupon for a free manicure and asked if I could get a gel manicure and just pay the difference. The lady didn't understand what I was asking and in the middle of me trying to explain, she just walked away. That wasn't nice at all so I just left. First and last time I'm stepping in that door. Also, they're called D&D now so it took forever to find them because they moved locations.

This is my 5th time here & my cuticles were cut multiple times here by the owner while getting a simple manicure. I shouldn’t have come back after the first time it happened. When I approached the owner about it happening on multiple occasions, she said she’d be more careful this time. Yet, it happened again and this time I was bleeding a bit. All I got was a “sorry”. Any well-run establishment with good customer service would’ve done more to show that they were truly sorry about cutting a customer’s fingers. I asked if I had to pay full price since she could see I was bleeding and after explaining that she shouldn’t treat customers this way, she reluctantly took off $3. She’s losing way more than $3 in the long run because I’ll never spend a dime here again.Terrible customer service.

I use to come here when they first opened and I don't know what the hell happened.. Cindy (the owner) got so mean , the old staff isn't there any more and they're so rude, once in a blue you'll meet someone who will crack a smile for a tip

The staff is very friendly and takes the time to make sure you are satisfied. My husband and i had the 45 mins green tea pedicure with 15mins massage that ended with hot stone massage. Very nice experience. Highly recommended.

Horrible experience will never go here again. I got a full set on Friday here and I absolutely hate them!!!! My nails look like I already need a fill in and it hasn't even been a week all he did was push my cuticles back. & to top it off I asked for oval nail shape he made them pointy so annoying! It doesn't stop there my nails aren't even straight they are lopsided like who does that? Waste of $30 never going here again!

This was my first time coming here. I asked the lady to only clean up my eyebrows but instead she made them half the size they were. The shape of both brows are different and one side is shorter than the other. To top it off she plucked more skin than hair of my face. This my first and last visit l.
