We wanted to do something fun and decided to book here. But before the time I felt sick and had a really bad migraine. We pushed the time back to see if it would go away but it did not and we had to cancel. She was very rude on the phone and not understanding. After being rude and upset she hung up on us. I understand I had to cancel but you rather me come there and I’m sick? What if I end up having covid etc? I rarely write reviews but now let’s see how this does for your businesses since our apology wasn’t enough.

2-3 days before Sept 1 2017, my Anniversary date, I contacted Merlot and Picasso to assure if I made a reservation it would not be cancelled due to lack of interest. They assured me that would not be the case, even if it was only 2 people showing up for the entire session. I signed up and paid with no thought of having to come up with a backup plan.We were dressed, ready to go pick up our wine with 1 hour to spare before I get a call from them stating they are remodeling and cannot accommodate the session. First and foremost, I find it incredibly hard to believe they were not aware of a remodeling schedule 2-3 days prior. They could have at least given me more than 1 hour to come up with a new plan. A few days later, adding insult to injury, I get charged for the cancelled session.I am now in the process of a credit dispute because a refund was never issued and when contacting this company, they tell me that they have closed the business and reopened under new management. This is coming from the same person I spoke to prior and who also cancelled the initial session. She outright refused to issue credit, yet offered me to attend a session using my previous payment as credit.Be forewarned, this company deals unprofessionally and unscrupulously with their clientele and will charge you for cancelled services and refuse to refund you after the fact. They ruined my anniversary date and are now wasting my time chasing after stolen funds.
