My one star review is not for Michael Kors itself but for this store and store manager in particular. I am a Michael Kors regular. The manager (CT) refused to replace my bag under warranty claiming my bag was damaged due to my use of the bag rather than the bag not holding its value. Michael Kors corporate took my complaint and resolved my issue after I sent them proof of the bag and receipt. It would have been easier to replace my bag at the store as I intended but the mistreatment from employees and the store manager… left me having to go through the process online. I was happy about keeping my old bag because I will fix it somehow but if you have an issue take it to corporate not the store or you’ll end up calling them anyway. CT told me not to shop at Michael Kors but I will because they are not the problem…he is. Customer service skills are important especially holding a managers position in a high end business and by the looks of the reviews along with my own experience, Michael Kors needs to adjust the management at this store.

This is my favorite Michael Kors store. I had an issue with my bag and they immediately resolved it. I saw Heather who was so kind and helpful. She was able to give me all the information I needed and provided so much help. Heather was so pleasant to work with. I will definitely be returning here for future purchases.

Stores is great, but the people that work there are rude as all heck and won't even help you when you ask for. Will never shop there at the crossing again.

Shopping my wife noticed a Michael Kors red rain jacket we missed thinking it was surely too much only learning was a huge sale. My wife bought it that night (online after clerk consult)before it arriving on our doorstep in nice packed box free ship the very next day…They know how to treat patrons.. Posh lovely products..They don’t play around!!! That’s service!!!! How was this level a jacket so affordable.? Going back there again!!!

I walked into the store and was completely ignored the next 30 minutes. The workers stood there talking about their boyfriends and whatnot. I was carrying about 9 bags to purchase and still not acknowledged until after I stood at the register for over 5 minutes. Still no hello or anything just took the bags out of my hand and shouted across the store to the other worker to go get the bags from the back. Heather walked off to help another person while they gather my bags from the back and someone finally spoke to me and said “did anyone help you on the floor today” to which I said “No. actually not a single person has said a word to me yet.” And she, without looking up from her computer goes “Aw, I’m sorry to hear that.” And nothing else. I really was unimpressed and felt like they were annoyed with my presence.

Once a year we come and get over 8 bags in one shopping for our trip to Mexico for family . Then come every so often. Today I left feeling like my family and I werent worth anything. They seen we were holding bags to buy for that yearly trip we take to Mexico at 7:40 pm the young man approached us and asked if we were paying with cash or card . I said cash. He said we needed to head to the cash register before his manager shuts it down. We headed straight to the cashier only for her to tell us that she closed it and couldn't help us. We were upset and angry because no time was given and we weren't told before. She proceeded to say she did tell everybody . Not once did she approach us. We weren't given 2 mins to check out after being told. Last time I was aware that the cashier closes their register once all cash costumers are taken or when there is no longer people in the store . WE MADE OUR PURCHASE AT COACH .... THANKYOU for being welcoming at last minute because MK WAS NOT IT . UNPROFESSIONAL. INSTEAD OF ARGUING WITH A COSTUMER AN APOLOGY WOULD HAVE WENT A LONG WAY just saying

Zero stars for customer service.. FOR some odd reason the company changed employees at this location. Since, Last time I shopped in store after or during Covid the experience was far different. Even other outlet locations are better than this MK. MACYS or marshals is better!
Store employees, either make the shopping experience welcoming or unwelcome.
IF you’re not even greeted/acknowledge when walking through the door TURN around and leave. There’s better options available & other outlets with the same, if not better MK merchandise!
The store should never be treating one customer, better than another. EVERY individual that walks through the doors at Michael Kors is a customer and should be acknowledged. Upper Management needs to Find more competent & PLEASANT Professionals to work in stores with less prejudice attitudes. I won’t EVER be giving anyone at this location a commission on my purchase.!

I used to shop here all the time. Loved their watch I brought them several times in the past, never had problems.Until now I went there with my husband and he pick beautiful silver watch for Me, I picked gold one for Mother’s Day for my auntie. After one week wearing Michael kors watch, there is water flooding inside the watch.This is unusual, We actually brought 2 watch that day. Now I’m regretting because it’s expensive.I’m Never gonna shop Michael kors merchandise again.
