The door's automatic closer suddenly exploded, spraying hydraulic oil on me and ruin my clothing. This forced me to abandon my shopping trip for the day. The store staff told me they couldn't assist and took my contact details, promising that someone would reach out to me. However, until today! NO ONE contact me and they ignore all my emails! IGNORE this place cuz they are irresponsible and indifferent!!

I called there with a problem 3x and was never called back as promised. I had a defective item and was told to send photos which I did and was ignored. I will not shop at this location again. Staff is not very truthful. The quality of the items is poor.

This store is the worst! Unfortunately the lady whom states she is the manager seems to know very little. Whikst I was greeted it was extremely hard to get any kind of help. As an avid Kate Spade collector I am extremely disappointed. The store is constantly dirty and staff appear to be more interested in chatting with each other. Store looked like a jumble sale not a high end purse outlet. I notice the staff have changed drastically in the last few months and the changes were not good. Seems like all the good staff have gone and that says to me there's no value to staf so they move on. Such a shame!! Perhaps Kate Soade should be more interested in nuturing good employees.

This location used to be amazing until the new manager Hedi came in! The store is unorganized and the staff is clueless. The retention rate of staff is insane as everyone left within the month she started. I have personally taken my business elsewhere as I don’t feel like being spoken to with an attitude and awkwardness.

Hours of operation say is open till 6:00 PM I got there 5:49 and the doors are already closed, both employees completely ignored me knocking on the door. I worked till 5 PM and is a 40 min drive to get there, respect the hours of operation.

This store in the Crossings Premium outlets is not temporarily closed it is opened and doing good business thanks to the wide selection and a friendly and informative staff. The quality of the handbags and clothes are top notch. The clothes are a perfect fit and of good quality I always get compliments on the dresses, blouses, coats and jackets I bought there. I have stylish clothes that I bought 5 years ago that still look brand new after many uses. The pocket book selection is enormous and the quality of the pocket books are better and last longer than my Coach or Fossil pocket books. My favorite one has lasted me over 8 years without a dent or fray and it is used quite often. The staff is friendly and no pressure, they want you to be happy with your purchase and have succeeded time and time again.

I am so sad I didn’t get the associates name, she was AMAZING! Helped me so much and was so kind. My receipt says Esther, but idk if that’s her or she was logged in for someone else! I would suggest coming here to anyone; great prices, products and most of all - service!! Love, love, love!

Best Kate Spade outlet out there with awesome service. Exceptional, terrific service from Libby and Kaylah! They helped make my Xmas shopping a little less stressful! Store is always neat and in order which is another plus! Def love shopping here!
