I have been a fan of Hugo Boss Clothing for several years now. Prior to moving to PA, I frequented the store in the Short Hills Mall, and most of my suits and dress shirts have come from that store.I was thrilled to see a Hugo Boss outlet open 15 minutes from my house in The Crossings. Upon visiting I spent about $600 in new shirts and a jacket. My company is very demanding on my time, and I did not get to try the shirts on for several weeks. Once I did, I was happy with them, till I washed them. All stitching crinkled up and they now look horrible. I could not be more disappointed.I wanted to exchange them, but was denied.I did check the tags for washing instructions, and not that this is the stores fault, but nowhere did it say not to machine wash, but instead, a symbol was used of a triangle with an X through it.I was immediately dismissed in store and due to the Managers attitude with me, will never return again.

My husband bought 3 expensive sweaters before thanksgiving. Due to his extensive work schedule he wasn’t able to wear them for a few weeks and when they were washed they were destroyed. We looked at the tags and nothing was written but if you can read hieroglyphics there are symbols stating the shirts need to be dry cleaned. He has a lot of clothes from Hugo Boss and he has never had this problem before. We went to the store to exchange them and the woman could not help us cause we didn’t have the receipt even though she remembered selling us the shirts and knew who we were. We went back days later with the found receipt and the manager refused to exchange the shirts and was exceptionally rude about the situation.My husband buys most of his nice clothes from this store and we spent about $500 on that sale alone. We weren’t demanding a refund, just a simple exchange.We will never buy from this store again and will be reaching out to corporate
