Long wait time for prescription pick up and they don’t even pick up customer’s phone calls so you can’t tell when it’s ready. Especially when you need the medication urgently. No drive thru pickup.

Terrible customer service. Nobody knows what the hell is going on. They lost my prescription, then they found it an hour later. Then proceeded to tell me it would be 10 more minutes to fill the prescription. Meanwhile you have 5 males hanging out, chatting, doing nothing. Why is this guy eating chips and filling pills?I will never come here again. In fact, I'm going to promote the poor service and make sure as many people as possible stop coming here.

Wait lines for prescriptions have been obsessively long, I.e. 20 minutes. My husband was picking up meds prescribed by ER. One register open. Yesterday he picked up a prescription for me after being texted that it was ready for pick up…he got there they said it wasn’t in stock, he told them about text. They said they could get it, but, he would have to wait, which was around 20 minutes. Service and care used to be much better. It’s a shame how it’s changed

You'll wait an hour for a cashier and the check out machines don't recognize coupons. Worst customer service ever.

Picked up my medication at the pharmacy counter, but was told I can’t purchase the Benadryl and probiotics at the same counter. I think you should check your rules because they don’t make sense, very inconvenient. Didn’t have time to stand on another line at the front of the store. It’s not like I was trying to pay for nail polish.
