Most shoes in the store are at retail prices. Shoes towards the back are typically half off.

I submitted a claim for my defective sneakers on June 9th. I was told it would take approximately 30 days to receive new sneakers. After speaking with several different supervisors and me having to call and follow up to see what is gappening, I have yet to receive my replacement sneakers! 2 months later and nothing! The customer service is the worst! I would never recommend to anyone to buy their products. I bought my sneakers in March and by June they started to fall apart. Their customer service has no follow through and they don't seem to care that their brand is poorly made.

This store is great for buying converse shoes at a discount. Sometimes they have a great selection of sneakers and other times not so great. It's a bit like treasure hunting, and they have pretty good discounts too.
