Rented skis here for a March trip to Camelback for family of four.. Equipment was in good order, service was efficient and friendly. On a March weekday there was 0 wait time. 5 minutes by car from the slopes. Will happily use them again.

Absolutely incredible experience with this team. Fast, courteous and amenable to any of our crazy requests (and we had a few!). Such a pleasure to rent through them. Will be back every time we’re at Camelback!

What a great customer experience! From the moment I walked in everyone was so attentive and friendly! Everyone working seemed genuinely happy to be there. Everything I rented worked perfectly and I had a great day skiing at Camelbak! The personable staff definitely started my group's day off with the best vibes. 10/10 recommend :)!

Little pricey, pretty decent gear. Only checked out kids snow apparel, no real snow gear outside gloves and suits. which I did for the kids before tubing. They since they were sleeping in the car...so I went in alone. $20 per pair of gloves, the cheapest ones, but when I tried to put them on the kids, they didn't fit, way too big. 2 hours later on the way out I went to see if we can return them.. brand new gloves, but no return policy.Makes sense to prevent people from "renting" gear... but this wasn't even used.. a little salty about that. Blanket policies don't always work so well for the customer.. we are only human out here. So I was feeling like $40 went to waste. I'll do my best to come prepared next time..if there is one.

Worst experience ever. They told me they would refund my money since I didn't use my skis and they never did. It is not a cheap place, they are the same price as in the camelback mountain shop and they are not good quality. One of the employees was very rude and yelled at me. The manager or owner was more respectful. I returned some other skis that had been lost before from another person and they didn't even thank me. Don’t waste your time coming here.

The nicest guys work here, and they’re so well priced! The gear was clean, new, and they really helped get the right fits for all of us. The shop had everything we needed to stay warm, too!

My husband two children and I, stopped here to get some souvenirs on our way home. An employee- not sure if she is the owner or not- had a large dog perhaps a laberdoodle- at the threshold of the store. My husband and oldest son approached the door and the dog barked at them. My husband then asked the woman if she could get the dog so we could come in. He told her our youngest son will be afraid of the dog.She refused to get the dog, stating “he lives here and he’s staying”. She was unwilling to even get the dog to allow us to come into the store. It was embarrassing and disheartening. My children had been looking forward to stopping at this particular store and her unwillingness to demonstrate a modicum of professionalism ruined this experience. Given that the dog barked at my husband and son, why would we risk attempting to go further into the store? Her immediate dismissal of patrons in lieu of her dog makes me question her actual desire to make money. Now, I think I should also mention that my family and I are African American and the employee or owner was white. I would hate to think that her unwillingness to support us visiting the store had anything to do with our race. However, it is hard not to call that into question. We frequent the Poconos regularly and will NEVER visit this establishment again due to the anguish and embarrassment she caused our family.If I could give zero stars I would. I love this place soooo much this is a one stop shop they have funky s’mores stuff, hippie isle, hoodies, swim gear, crystals and even stuff your dogs !!! I mean they have everything you could think of and anything your missing before you head up to camelback!!! When I walked in everything was so neat and clean I knew I was going to spend some money here. As I was checking out two dogs came from behind the counter very very very friendly was talking to the owner about what breads they were and there names I mean the cutest dogs you would ever meet!!! Everyone that came in gave a little bark hi and tail wag like they knew everyone! Can’t wait to come back and say hi to the pups!! Best Shop Ever!!!!
