Why even have a drive through if it still takes an hour to help 2 people. I hate coming to this bank. Every time I come here it’s almost empty yet takes an hour for the girls to do anything.

Not friendly for small non-profit organizations. Restricted to business account types only that require $1k in the account to avoid fees. For a scout troop, this is ridiculous. They also decided to misrepresent federal banking laws. If what they say was accurate, then how did I find 3 banks in the area that disagree and are currently doing things that Wells Fargo claim violate federal law. Frustrating and Disappointing At Best!

Lazy people that just don’t care. Came into the back from Hazleton on 8/22/22 at 4.05pm. After waiting 10mins to be attended to I asked to open 2 accounts. One personal and one estate. Asked if I made an appointment and I didn’t not. However the bank was not busy at all. I was told that there was not enough time ( 45 mins to close ) to open the accounts. Then the woman started to babble something about a legal department. You just lost out on 2 new accounts with large deposits that would have followed . I wanted to deal with a national bank with branches everywhere. But this horrible experience put an end to that.

Nice people and good service. Always need to be mindful of money and the people working there any issues with staff were always dealt with.

With the recent death of parent our first person we met was Becca H. Unbelievable compassion and knowledge of what needed to happen. She took us under her wing and helped us navigate. All staff is knowledgeable. A shout out to Becca.This branch is great. Thank you.
