Tanner is our driver and he doesn’t even bother to stop and try to deliver packages. There is never even a slip left on the door and if there is, good luck knowing who it’s for as they don’t care so much as to even write down an apartment number. I live at the Three Towers apartments in Jim Thorpe and it is impossible for me or any of my 25 neighbors to use UPS. No delivery attempts are ever made. UPS has had a key to this building for many years, but it seems they only use it at their convenience. Myself and all of my neighbors shouldn’t have to avoid using UPS because Tanner is afraid of some stairs. When I spoke to his manager, she quickly got him on the phone but it was too late as I was headed into work at this point. She had to remind him, like a mother does their child, to leave my package at the facility so I could pick it up myself. It clearly wasn’t the kids first time screwing up. Do better.

And tamaqua UPS does not do their job they drive away without dropping your boxes off and put a sticker on your door Don't even ring the bell Don't even knock nothing they're supposed to deliver it when they're supposed to they're getting paid for nothing they need to be fired the ones that are not delivering packages!!!!!!!!

Big inconvenience that the drop off center in hometown doesn't or should I say keeps changing weather or not they wanna use the qr code ,So we have to drive to hazleton for a drop off or get a printed lable

I paid for a $30 item on Amazon to be delivered to Jim Thorpe. The the driver refused to deliver the item because this is a "high incident high crime area." Are you kidding me? I called and explained to them that not only were they wrong, but they have a key to this apartment building and can drop the packages off here anytime. I assumed full responsibility if this $30 item got stolen. They came the next day and refused to deliver it again! UPS stole it from me!

There should be LOCAL phone number for customers to call for the Hometown, Pa. Customer Center instead of the totally animated phone number. People take the time to call so they can speak with a person on a LOCAL LEVEL not to a robot or a CSR that isn't local or even in the USA. The animated system won't even let you talk to a HUMAN BEING. I was trying to call and speak to management in the transportation dept. about a driver who almost ripped my car door off as I was getting out of my car. The driver came swooping in so fast and so close to the cars parked on the street with no care in the world that a person just might be getting out of their car. There is NO valid reason why the UPS drivers have to drive so fast and so close to other people's cars. the truck number of the UPS truck that almost ripped my car door off was truck number 149675 most likely out of the Hometown, Pa. center. It happened tonight (11/9/2022) at 4pm.The UPS drivers are always flying up and down our streets...they need to SLOW DOWN. So since I can't talk to the local office about this I'm writing a review instead. UPS is seriously going down hill and there is NO customer service any more because, animated phone systems & call centers have taken over, and the drivers/delivery staff just throws people's packages on porches and walks away. Whatever happened to knocking on a customer's door and handing them there package with a smile and polite respectful manners???? This is why I no longer us UPS. P.S: FYI to UPS.....not everyone has a social media account. You're a BUSINESS.....act like one!

My package was suppose to be at your site on Monday the 24th. 5 days later I still haven’t received it! When I track it, the message I receive is that it is in transit. So, where is it? Hard to get in contact with anyone at the Tamaqua facility.
