If I could rate them any lower I would. My partner recently got hit and we had her car towed here because they had helped us in the past and had no issues. Today after finding out her car was totaled she called toms to see when would be the best time to clean out her car. The woman who was on the phone with her talked to her in an extremely rude way with no sympathy or understanding for the situation. Basically calling her an idiot for asking questions because she had never been in this situation before. Please get some professional workers who don't talk down to others in situations of crisis.

Tom has always been my go to for body work on my vehicles. I can not express my appreciation enough. His compassion, understanding and honesty means alot to me. He is reasonable and fair in all aspects. He and his staff do amazing work. Strongly recommended!
