“I'm giving them five stars and I hardly give anybody five stars do they have all the accessories no did a friendly service yes do they have premium cigars yes if you're going to buy things there that you can buy at a regular tobacco shop dont there's cigars there are always fresh never stale you never have to question whether you're going to get sick smoking one of them and trust me I've smoked some cigars that were terrible but I've never been afraid questioned or had concern smoking a cigar i bought from the cigar box”
“I am a regular at this establishment. The gentleman who usually attends to me has excellent customer service skills. For him I would give 5 stars. But when I entered on 11-22-23 a different man was behind the counter. No one else was in the shop. He was too preoccupied with his electronic device to acknowledge my entry. As he processed my purchases, he never made eye-contact, making me feel I had imposed upon him. Having decades of retail experience, it is standard practice to offer help to an entering consumer, to engage them cordially during the pain point/financial transaction and thank them for their purchase. I wished him a good day and was met with silence. Employees like that can kill a business in a day.”

“Very good customer service. Everything I needed a certain vape juice the next time i come in he has it there for me. He does good deals on things and it's just all together a friendly environment. The only smoke shop/ convenience store ill go to in town!! If you haven't stopped in you should !!! He also has machines to gamble on without having to go to the casino !!”
