First and foremost I will start with the fact that I never thought I would find myself in a position of having to utilize a daycare service for my family. It was not an easy decision and one I certainly didn’t take lightly. From the second I walked into Tamaqua childcare Cookie went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable about leaving my then 18 month old son there. Soon to follow was my then 5 year old daughter when needed. Being a nurse through Covid is absolutely terrifying and incredibly difficult. Tina, Cookie and Heather did everything they could above and beyond to make sure my children were taken care of. Other businesses Shied away from the general public for fears/concerns about a deadly virus but the team of women there rose to the occasion and cared for my babies vigilantly exceeding health protocols for the safety of everyone. My children love all of the staff there like family and I know they love my babies too. Now at 4 and almost 8 we are no longer needing services but I know that things can change and if I ever needed them again they wouldn’t hesitate to accept them and there Isn’t another place I would trust them to go.
