All the equipment is kept up with, the atmosphere is good, and the fees are reasonable. Its a great for someone like my 13 year old son who is getting into lifting and perfect for someone seasoned who is looking for lots of fitness options.

Tanning membership is very cheap!! Just wish they would fix the stand up booth.Men who work there aren't friendly at all.

Small. The owner is mean, expects your monthly payment but then tells you to "shut tf up" if your annoying him. Full of Tamaqua and Lake Hauto snobs. Has WIFI only for their friends - literally saw me on it and kicked me off. God forbid you're using the cable cross and one of the Tamaqua members wants to do pull-ups - won't ask you to work in, just throws temper tantrum hoping to get his way which means you get out of his way. I'm also pretty sure the tall skinny guy at night videotapes girls working out w/o their consent. Look elsewhere.

Closed on weekends, well open till 12 on Saturday. Extra $5 to use basement with lifting platforms and no bumper weights. Good for moms and high school kids I guess. Iron house gym much better if you can make the drive.

Super nice! Can workout for day for $5 & tan for $5, so both for $10! Definitely! I wont use whole membership so that's perfect!

This gym is always clean and organized. Tha tanning bed rooms are up to date and simply clean. Such a pleasure and relief that is much needed. I am very happy that I've found this gem!!!<gym>?
