Ordered 5 bags of Canidae dog food. Website shows 30 lb bags and I was sent 27 lb bags. 3 phone calls and messages left and no return phone calls. Owners could care less! False advertising at its finest.

We love to shop at Kochs Farm Service. We have been shopping here for years. The service is wonderful, the staff if knowledgeable and friendly. If they don't have what you are looking for, they are happy to check into information for you. We get our dog supplies and our chickens and their supplies from Kochs!
