The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Opening an account was super easy! I have to admit, that I thought most banks were the same. But that was before I opened an account here! MCT has a personable, small town feel with extraordinary infrastructure in place. Even the mobile app was easy to use and without hiccups. To contrast, there is a large national bank whose online banking app is so quirky it makes me cringe every time I need to login in. The MCT app is intuitive and super easy to use.
