TL;DR: Asked for parts to be returned, kept parts and money, won't reply anymore. Avoid this place.
Bought mounts from them. They were out of stock, no reply.
2 weeks later they say they are shipping from the manf.
Manf sends wrong parts in a box that was returned to them from a different address.
PM had the manf email me to tell me that they couldn't have made a mistake.
I cite the reused overlabeled box and find out, per their admission, that another customer returned this previously.
Weeks pass. I tell PM that dealing with their suppliers is their responsibility and I will no longer try and speak to their supplier.
PM supplies return label, instructs me to return it and says they "will handle the rest".
Sent it back, weeks pass, now neither Steve nor Melissa will reply.
They still have my money, until I waste 2 hours on the phone with my credit card company sending months of emails to prove they are trying to keep my money and the return parts.
Avoid this place. At best, they are super disorganized and provide zero help. At worst, they try to keep your money, the returns and won't reply.
If either of you see this and either try to take it down and/or don't reply to me, that's just more proof for me.

What a great place! Not only do they know every nut and bolt on the vehicle, the friendly staff is conscientious, very helpful, knowledgeable, and love what they are doing, which makes for a pleasurable visit every time. I recommend it wholeheartedly!

Purchasing products off the website is easy and they let you know if there’s going to be a delay. But phone call support, getting back to you. They’re not a great private business to deal with in that regard. Even if you are a serious customer, they treat their race customers like their first priority not you.

This place is awesome. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. My Miata needed a lot of work, it was bleeding oil out of every part of the engine.. Anywhere I took it too told me it's not worth it, sell it for parts, scrap it, or wanted a crazy amount to fix it. I thought my hope was lost until I found this shop. I sent them an email and he gave me a callback very quick. Turns out it was very fixable and not nearly as much of a death sentence for my car like I thought. The work was done fast and by far the best prices around for the quality! If you have a Miata and you need someone who knows their stuff, this is the guy! 10/10 will take my Miata here again anytime I need work done. It's not just fixing either. They do a lot more for miatas so check them out!

I've been hunting for a 93LE interior for a while and found that Planet Miata had one listed four months ago (This was back in 2021). Convinced someone had already bought it I called them on a whim and they still had it available. I took off of work the next day and drove 10Hrs round trip to pick it up. The price they wanted was phenomenal and I couldn't pass it up. It included every piece (Dash/Seats/Carpets/etc) down to the nuts and bolts. The guys at the shop were amazing and let me tour their warehouses. Highly recommend these guys for anything you need!
