I think the cat is full of hair, and the first guy I talked to inside the door, took me right to the correct place, but then got his boss to confirm, the products he was recommending. I chose a product then decided to wander around for a bit. I ran into two additional employees, both who checked on me to see if I was finding what I needed. Absolutely great customer service. I couldn’t have asked for anything better.
The store seems clean and well stocked, but the human element shines above everything else. (Pictured is not the cat)

D's Six Pax and Dogz
1118 S Braddock Ave, SwissvaleIconic. Passing through one night for work and this is clearly a neighborhood staple with a whole lot of soul. Service was quick, beer list was good and the dogs were superb.
