Not sure when but someone that had the same phone as me either switch my SIM card with theirs because my phone was paid off. Thinking that I wouldn’t know, my service locator said (S.O.S), first I called and text the boost mobile app thinking there was something wrong with my phone. Second, I went to the boost store and they told me that my phone was locked, knowing that I pay my bill cause my source of income is through my Job. Third attempt is when I went into my setting to see if my account SIM was the same as my IMEI, MODEL, TYPE & NAME. The only thing that popped up was the IOS VERSION, Wasn't My VERSION. I DON’T KNOW WHAT SICK GAME IS BEING DONE ON ALL 3 OF MY DEVICES BUT ILL RATHER GO INTO THE STORE AND PAY FOR NOW ON. THE APP AIN’T SAFE AND NEITHER THE PEOPLE THAT I BEEN AROUND!! I DONT KNOW WHO NEEDS TO HEAR THIS BUT KEEP YOUR PHONE CLOSE BY YOU AT ALL TIMES. MY PHONES WERE IPHONE SE, IPHONE 12 PRO MAX, IPHONE 8, IPHONE 11. WERE ALL THROUGH BOOST AND THE SAME SITUATION KEEP ACCRUING OVER AND OVER AGAIN. NOW MY PHONE SERVICE SAYS THAT IT LOCKED SIM WHEN I PAID MY BILL BEFORE THE DUE DATE, AFTER THE DUE DATE, OR WHEN I NEED MORE TIME I DO WHATS CALLED A PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT. I KNOW CAUSE I DONE IT MULTIPLE TIME AND NOW IM NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO GET MY SERVICE BACK OR GET MY MONEY BACK FOR THIS MATTER. I LOVE BOOST BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH. IM SORRY I GOT TO MAKE A POST LIKE THIS BUT I WASN’T HELPED WHEN MY ACCOUNT WAS HACKED AND MY SIM WAS TAMPERED WITH.

Worker rude. They had no record of my phone purchase or monthly payment. Had to catch the bus back to store to show my credit card receipt. I was sick with covid and I use a cane. I will never go to the store again. Wish I could rate them a zero
