Sanofi to me provide what any man can ever envision getting from a company: a platform to achieve greatness. The best company, it's not just a 9 to 5, it's a career job.

I worked at Mars Inc for 37 years and retired entered the work force again and got hired in packaging. My experience there was awful had trainers that yelled at me and others that didn't want me to succeed. My first year was ok but then ran into some health issues in my second year got a below expectation never told why or how to improve myself . Fiquire the below expectation where because of falling behind in my training,so I reached out to training dept thru email and copied my director for training modules. Director sat me down and said she didn't want me getting any new traing wth meanwhile the where training temps to do my job. I reach out to hr cause I felt like I was getting mistreated and they did nothing. My third year I was put on a personal improvement program. Horrible mistreated. Stay away from this company

This company is like a scam. My wife worked there. Do not even bother to waste your time going through their long hiring procedures you will be disappointed by the end of the day. They brainwashing their employees by keep telling them they are doing great mission and bla bla bla … while they don’t care about them

Horrible company to work for, I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to work for this place. I was lied to about my position told I was a production Technician till the day I started which I was told I'm a team lead. Disgusting how they treat people here I've never seen people talk to like their so replaceable. Low paying hard working.

So I wouldn't suggest this place to work for anyone who has any medical conditions, physically or mentally. Because despite their pledge they do not care about you as an individual. They just coerced a bunch of their employees, those who complied kept their job, those who did not were terminated April 14th 2022. They forced an invasive procedure to maintain employment, and those who stood their ground were kicked to the curb. Upper management is just ego driven and filled with a bunch of narcissistic attitudes up top.

This is a terrible place to work and if people knew the disgusting things that took place in these production rooms, they would go out of business more than they have last year. The management does not take care of problems within the work place, the employees who are with Sanofi feel superior to the contractors, and people who have the skills and drive to work are not given the opportunity. I would not recommend this place to anyone and understand why everyone that has quit will never return.

If you come to this facility is very restricted, must line up until the gate and checking with security, FYI if you come here for multiple drivers to pickup, must be on time otherwise you will be held until the other driver shows up, if he doesn’t show then the company will obligate to unload the shipment out of your trailer or container

So, SEVERAL different "placement agencies" over the past 4-5 years have contacted me about a few CONSTANTLY OPEN positions. If EIGHT---- LITERALLY 8 AND COUNTING-- high paying "professional" placement agencies think I am qualified for these jobs, it probably means I am.The ONE AND ONLY reason this Backwards, "Puritan" company won't hire people (including me) is a "failed" criminal background check.JUST BECAUSE SOMEONE HAS A RECORD ***** IN NO WAY PREVENTS THEM FROM PERFORMING THE FUNCTIONS OF ANY JOB******.Having a record does not make someone mentally challenged, incompetent or unable to DO the actual job. This company must waste millions of dollars a year passing over ACTUALLY SKILLED WORKERS for something that was never supposed to be a life sentence... But it is a life sentence as far as an actual career goes. The extra ironic part is people in Monroe county KNOW the DUI rate is SKY HIGH, because of corrupt cops meeting a quota, to justify their own paycheck. (Because without these citations, Pocono town clown police would go "out of business" from not bringing in enough money to justify their own inflated salaries.)Sanofi has poor judgement as far as their hiring/contracting goes. If a job has been posted on 100 different job sites, AND STILL CAN'T HIRE ANYONE---- Change your "requirements".It's not like new people are going to magically appear with these job skills, ESPECIALLY in this ongoing post Recession crummy job market. New skills can't be obtained because of companies like this that refuse to hire ACTUALLY QUALIFIED, & SKILLED Candidates. The job market worldwide is stagnant EXACTLY BECAUSE of outdated and harmful policies like Sanofi. They want a unicorn THAT WILL NEVER EXIST!!!

Watch out if you are a GXP professional with a resume posted on line. This company's policy for requisitioning contracting companies along with the fact that they are a "revolving door" of personnel means that for every single position they post, they utilize every contracting company under the sun. I am a Technical professional and for every single opening at Sanofi Swiftwater (that applies to my background) I literally receive 70 or 80 phone calls from head hunters in a single week. Some days I cannot even get through a lunch or dinner. RIDICULOUS!! It looks like this company is either short circuited somewhere in it's hiring and interview process or HR and it's hiring managers have WAY too much time on their hands. What company uses 50+ head-hunters for a single job posting? I am almost to the point of including an extra paragraph on my CV ; "Please do not waste time calling me on Sanofi Pasteur opportunities in Swiftwater PA."
