Typical Sam's Club with all the trimmings. Gas, pharmacy, optical, tire and battery, and a whole lot more. Often busy, I almost always use the app for scan and go so I can GTFO of this store real quick! I save $5 per gas fill up so the membership pays for itself. They also have deals only on the app, so get with the times and use that magic little iPhone or android device and save as you spend!

I stopped in to take advantage of their gas prices. Way better than any surrounding gas stations. Waited in line for about 20 minutes. The pump I pull up to starts acting up and I can't get gas at that pump now. So now I have to get back in line. Would have been nice to be allowed to just back up to the pump behind me. But no help from the pump attendant. I took about 10 minutes just to get her attention. Too busy watching TV or Tik Toc on her phone. Still has great prices. Just piss poor service.

I love going to Sam's Club but number one the lines are ridiculous if there's going to be snow or something they need to get more staff on. Also some other selections are not worth with they're selling it for. I mean I would recommend it but I like Costco

I went to get the Dawn spray for dishes. was told I could not get the sale price because I didn't use the scan and Go . that is not right, when I go to U Scan I don't get a discount on my bill !!

I've been dealing with Customer Service since 5-28-21 trying to simply start receiving my Savings Books again. I don't know why I even stopped receiving them. Yes, I know I can get it online, but I prefer to receive my mailed copy. I've verified that all information on my account is correct. I've been told that they are escalating to Instant Savings, but have yet to receive a book. Very dissatisfied!

I ordered chlorine to avoid the shortage for the summer. I called the store today to verify my order was being done since nothing changed online. Turns out a $170 “hold” was put on my card for an order they didn’t pull and are now out of. I can’t access my money and am not getting the product I paid for.

I will never ever ever recommend Sam's club tires. first of all nobody answers anytime you call. when I Stopped by to order my tires I was told I would probably be able to get them put on the same day and now they finally come in and I'm told it's going to be a week to get them on. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS

Worst experience using instacart. Sam's canceled my order and charged me $15 for cancellation. My membership had just expired and instead of giving me the option to renew they just cancelled my order!! I canceled my year membership with iNSTACART and will NOT renew with Sam's after being a loyal customer for over 20 years- time to try out Costco!!

I ordered a gift card from Sams Club online. I got a confirmation email, an email when it would be delivered, & an email that it was delivered. I never received my package. During this time, I ordered 4 other things that did get delivered. When I called customer service, she verified my account #, the order #, & my email address with me. She then proceeded to tell me that the reason I never got my package was because the item was out of stock & I never updated my email address with them to get the email to tell me this information basically BLAMING ME, but the WORST PART WAS, I have had the SAME email address for 20 years & she just verified it!!! So then she said that she could hear I was getting frustrated & she would put me on with a supervisor. I said that'd be great. I waited on hold for 15 minutes & then she disconnected me. DO NOT SHOP AT SAMS CLUB ONLINE.
