I would give zero stars, if that choice was offered. Yuri was difficult, did not listen, was agressive, and patronizing. Initially he looked at the tiny childs ring I brought in, it had been my daughters, and said he understood just what I wanted. There was area which had been worn smooth over time and asked him to engrave a rose in that spot. I asked him to leave all else as it was. He said several times, I understand, I understand. He would barely let me talk. I drew him a very clear picture of what I wished him to create. The ring had much sentimental value and was being passed to my granddaughter. When I picked the ring up, he had ruined it. He add silver shot and used a stamp to stamp a daisy and all sorts of extra "leaves" that just looked messy!!! Where the rose was meant to be engraved, there was a daisy. He was adamant this is what I wanted. He wanted to charge me 60 extra dollars to correct his mistake. I got a refund and left. He has absolutely no listening skills, no people skills, and no craftsmanship skills at this point. Please take your business elsewhere, as will I.

Bought a beautiful cameo here, the man who owned the shop took care of me! He was a very nice man who carried some nice pieces.

Joke of a jeweler. Owner ruined my engagement ring before my wedding, yelled at my husband when we asked him why he soldered a rose gold ring with silver & ruined it permanently. We were never refunded & his manager of his store harassed us for my husband to take down his review when I asked them to just leave me alone after I realized we weren’t getting a refund.

My mother loved clowns. For her 100th birthday I gave her a gorgeous clown's head and neck piece fashioned from solid gold by Yuri. She loved it. He is a master craftsmen. Trust him to make it work ...

Buddy of mine went there to get a service on his engagement ring g done. The jeweler ended up completely destroying the ring and has refused to do anything to mitigate losses sustained in service fees. He was very rude and uncompromising. Do not recommend this place.

Brought my fiancée’s engagement ring here to fix a broken prong 3 weeks before our wedding. The owner told me he would be able to fix it, I trusted him. I was wrong to do so. What he told me was that he would make a small incision in the gold around the ring, set the diamond a little snugger, then mold it shut again, and replace the prongs. He asked me if the ring was white gold, I corrected him and said it was rose gold. After 2 weeks of him working on it, I went to pick it up, paid $318 for his services of what I thought was a fixed ring. When I later inspected it when I got home, I realized what I received back was worse than how I gave it to him. The band was now too big somehow, so the ring literally would slide off my fiancees finger. There is a gap on the side of the middle diamond where you can see through it. He cut a large portion of the side of the ring out (much larger than he described) and soldered it with yellow gold (not rose gold like we talked about). There are dents and scratches in the side of the ring. The center diamond looks like it was cut into to fit 3 larger prongs. 2 of the prongs are rose gold and one is white gold. So now the ring has white, yellow and rose gold in random places throughout it. When I returned the next day to tell him I was unhappy with his services, he asked me to give him the ring back and he would fix it. I refused to let him work on it again and I asked for a refund of the $318 “repairs” of my now ruined ring for my wedding in 2 weeks. He refused to give me a refund. This was the biggest waste of time and money to get a simple prong fix on a diamond ring way too close to my wedding. If you are reading this King Jewelers, you have my receipt and you can still give me a refund and maybe I’ll think about taking these reviews down. I’m extremely unsatisfied with your services and will do everything I can to make sure no one goes to your shop ever again.

Awful experience! Beware. The owner of this shop is rude as ever! I gave him my mother’s ring to fix a band diamond and fix the size to my finger. he completely changed out another diamond without asking! It’s smaller diamond now, and this ring is an heirloom. the ring also came back with a dent. Whatever he did made the ring too small. My mother was given this ring by my father and it’s very sentimental. When me and my husband went back to his shop, he yelled at us to get out and that “it’s our problem, he fixed it”. He didn’t refund us either. Please do not support this business.

Against the other reviews advice I still *regrettably* went here because it’s close. WARNING! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! The owner Yuriy is so unbelievably rude. I brought a necklace here to have a chain fixed, and he soldered it with white gold instead of yellow. When i asked for a why he kept saying “bring it back and I’ll fix it” he also said he didn’t have yellow gold (who doesn’t have yellow gold???) and in his words “it’s hardly noticeable” when I asked why he didn’t just tell me that, I would have taken it elsewhere he kept saying “bring it back bring it back” I will absolutely not be bringing it back. And listen to the other reviews, this man does not give refunds and is nasty and will make empty promises.

If I could give zero stars I would. Five weeks before my wedding, a prong breaks off my beautiful rose gold pear shape ring. My fiancé brings it to this man who keeps it for a whole week before even trying with it, calls my fiancé to come back in and go over a game plan. I got my ring back last night after him having it for two weeks, wedding three weeks away and my ring is ruined. It's a quarter size larger because he CUT IN BETWEEN TWO DIAMONDS and spread the setting to fit two huge prongs in it. And ALSO CUT INTO MY SALT AND PEPPER DIAMOND AND NOW ITS CLOUDY WHERE THE INCISION WAS. Not only that, from widening the setting he just left a huge gap between my diamond and the outside of the ring on the one side. Ready for the kicker? He soldered it with yellow gold. A rose gold ring now has a big print of yellow in the bottom center. So now my ring is too big three weeks before my wedding and honey moon, it has a yellow patch mark it's too big from the literal gap, and there's a dent next to where he soldered it. I know I sound like I'm making this up but I'm really not. I will post before and after pictures of my ring. My fiancé went to ask him what happened and why he even used yellow gold, not apologizing once he kept barking "bring it back". HE HAD IT FOR TWO WEEKS! My wedding is the second week of June. I'd rather purchase a whole new ring than ever go back to this place, and I might be doing exactly that after I file with the better business bureau.

This store is the worst! I brought my ring in to have one diamond replaced, when I got it back the diamond was smaller than the others, wasn’t centered correctly and was lost in a week, had to take it elsewhere to be properly fixed, he does horrible work! Will never go there again !!!!
