Almost exceptional. Was not acknowledged walking into the office. Continued on a pointless conversation 10 mins into us waiting and still didn’t acknowledge me or my husband, charged $20 to notarize one document. Go to UPS, they only charge $5

I used to go here all the time for my tag and title work, Debbie was great. Once I had an issue with a title it was all down hill from there. Susan thinks she is the greatest and could not resist to tell me how "she" has the inside track on everything and can get things done that "nobody" else could. I vowed after that conversation that I would never go back. Well today I returned since my usual tag place wasn't open yet, what a big mistake. I was greeted inside the front porch at the plastic folding table set up to keep you from coming into the main office. We just wanted to get a title notarized but the old bald guy working there felt the need to lecture me on my risk that the buyer might not have insurance and wanting to sell tags and other services that we didn't want or need. He was very authoritive and told us how it had to be done, It pretty much became an argument and we left. By this time it was close to 10 am so we went to my usual tag place, now that it was open, and got everything we needed done in 5 minutes. This time I will never go back and recommend to anyone needing title work done to find somewhere else. Also the dirty stuffed animals on the front lawn for decorations are weird and creepy.

I came here after calling another place. The other place was very rude with a much longer turn around time for getting my title in my name. Came here, they were extremely nice and informative without making me feel stupid when I asked questions, as this is my 1st rodeo. Not only were they professional and kind, the turn around time was 8-10 weeks faster! Don't waste time anywhere else, come here.

Answered my stupid questions without making me feel stupid. Walked in, few minutes later, walked out with the tag. No temporaries required. Service was fast and efficient. Thank you guys for getting my teensy truck back on the road!
