Ordered a part for my car which ended up being the wrong part so that’s on me but went back after picking it up and comparing to the old part and told her it wasn’t the right part and she tried to sell me not only the wrong part for my car but a much more expensive one at that. Everyone else there besides the older lady is decent to work with. I will now be going to Montrose for my parts even though it is a longer drive.

This is the best Napa well in my opinion the. Best tool and parts store I have ever used I work for Devonian stone and call and go in to this location almost daily and the staff is like family and always treat there customers with the respect patience that makes one feel so comfortable and they are very helpful for those who don't know exactly what they need without making them feel stupid witch in some cases is difficult I strongly recommend these guys and girls for all your parts and tools you could ever need
