I have always worked with Jeff in the past and he has been great. I dropped my car off as I was instructed to by the girl that does the scheduling now, and found out that it was over aa week before it got in. Meanwhile I am paying for a rental. They have had it for nearly a month now. When I called to ask when it will be done, the girl answered that she did not know. Obviously, she cared less about me and did not want to be bothered I have always given SMC my business, and have never been treated this poorly before.Service: Body & Trim
