My 78 year old dad stopped in to purchase a fuel sediment bowl assembly for his small tractor. Employee named Jeff, a tall, older guy, told my dad they didn't have anything and when my dad asked him if he could look in the book and possibly order one, told my father, we probably can't get anything, without even looking. How rude and extremely inconsiderate! From periodically going in, i knew they had a small section with tractor parts. Going in the next day, they actually had it on the shelf. Pretty sad and pathetic he wouldn't even offer to look anything up or even show him the section. My dad is a Vietnam veteran and to be treated this way, is disgusting. A worthless employee who shouldn't even be working there in my opinion and my fathers.

I went there while I was on Dad duty. I couldnt carry out all the stuff I bought and carry my kid, so the guy behind the counter helped me carry my stuff out and I didn't even have to ask him to help. That's really good customer service.
