“I've been a customer of TD Bank since they opened. I have my business account and two personal accounts there. Never had a problem with the drive through, cashing a check, or anything for that matter. Over the years we've had are cards frozen because of potential fraud, sometimes it was legitimate and sometimes not. I know it can be an inconvenience, but better safe than sorry. All staff there has always been professional and courteous.”

“I haven’t had any problems with Superior Credit Union. Everyone is courteous. Making transfers over the phone are a breeze. Their app is also easy to use. Recently I have closed a longtime account with another local credit union because service has gone downhill. I’m sticking with these guys.”

These processes with both of us was handled swiftly and diligent. The owner of the branch Frank was active and engaged giving advice and confidence everything was running smooth. Jennifer my bank teller was amazing and accurate with all the information and questions. Elisabeth who took my call and welcomed me to the branch, Lora, Jane and Jan handling the deposit and funding of all the accounts was great receipts and paper work all in line I do recommend 10/10 beautiful clean open branch”

Have you ever had your social security check deposited one morning and then went to make a small monetary purchase with the bank's debit card to have it declined due to insufficient funds. Yvonne kept on top of things and updated in a very timely manner about having my funds deposited back into my account.There is teller who helps me 90% of the time. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name at the moment. She goes the extra mile for me. I regret I can't remember your name!!!Everyone at the branch is pleasant and helpful. “My wife and I went to see Gail Brett, the Asst VP Store Manager at TD Bank in Lansdale, PA. A confusing, erroneous, large payment transaction to our dental company needed to be corrected. Gail cleared up our confusion of the complicated transaction, and gave us two options to resolve the problem. Then Gail made the correction changes and all is correct now 100%. In only a matter of minutes she was able to fix this complex problem. And she assured us no penalty fees would be charged. Most of all, Gail is professional and personable. “This bank is a great bank with chip cards, tap cards, and a robust online banking system. They did tell me that personal checks cannot be put into a business account per federal regulations. They also warned me that fraud is super common and that sometimes it is out of the bank's hands and more of a federal case. Overall helpful with any issues that came up.”

“When Key took over First Niagara 10 years ago I was sorta bummed. Fast forward to now and a move from CT to PA and all I can say is \"wow\"! What a great bunch of people over in Sauderton. Denise Camerieri is my goto for all my business and personal banking needs here. Adore her. And the tellers are just as helpful and amazing. They have a new branch manager, Diana I think her name is. The branch has a drive thru and an ATM. Excellent parking and is located next door to a CVS. This is one branch, one bank that goes above and beyond for their customers. No matter how much money you have or what your net worth is at. Everyone is treated the same and I love that.”
