“My first experience at Smith Furniture was amazing! I had just had surgery snd my in-laws were going to Smith Furniture to look for a recliner for me. I had spoke to a very sweet girl on the phone that Monday morning to ask about their merchandise and delivery options. She was extremely helpful! She informed me that their delivery schedule was full that day and the next but she would figure something out. She was very helpful to my in-laws even helping to send me pictures of the recliners lol! My in-laws purchased a recliner, left the store and within 20 minutes the employees of Smith Furniture were at my door with my recliner! They even placed it where I wanted it and had me try it out to make sure I liked it! They truly went above and beyond!! This will definitely not be my last purchase from Smith Furniture!! ♥️”

“We visited the Johnstown store on March 10 and ordered a new sectional and matching chair. Jami was very helpful and patient with us while we walked around making a selection. The delivery was scheduled for April 4th, but they messaged me and said they could move the delivery up a week if we wanted, so they delivered it today March 28. The delivery guys were right on time and very friendly and there were no issues with the furniture whatsoever. Overall, we are very pleased!”

“My Fiancé and I were in need of a quality mattress , and Mattress Firm was the first place we visited. During our first visit, we worked with Chuck, who spent several hours with us narrowing down what exactly we were looking for. He was exceptional, and our only hesitation from purchasing then was sticker shock, and not knowing what was offered elsewhere. After doing our do-diligence, fast forward four months. “I dreaded the idea of helping my parents find a store that would have what my parents were looking for until I called Mattress Warehouse. Previously I had called another store and the gentleman asked me what I was looking for and I said a king Mattress that came in a box with no box spring. He was so quick to give prices. Needless to say I moved on. I then called Mattress Warehouse in Johnstown and Mustafa answered the phone. I knew instantly I made right decision!!! Mustafa not only answered all of questions, he made me feel so comfortable it was like talking to an old friend. I then went into the store. Unfortunately. Mustafa wasn't there however I did get the chance to meet Chuck. Chuck was also was amazing!!! I can't say enough about this Mattress Warehouse location. Chuck greeted us almost at the door. I was so excited to meet Mustafa my friend, that I practically ran into the store just to meet him! Chuck exceed my expectations and walked my mom and I threw the entire store. My mom was like Goldie Locks trying out all of the beds until she finally found one she liked. Then we were there for quite some time, we lost track of time because we just couldn't leave because Chuck had such a wonderful personality I just couldn't stop talking to him. Well then I went back the next day to pay for our purchase and Mustafa my friend was there. It was like meeting a long lost friend. My experience with Mattress Warehouse was beyond my expectations!!! It is so rare in this day and age to shop anywhere and be treated like a person let alone family and not merely a dollar sign. I will be a repeat customer for life!!! Mustafa my friend and Chuck I wish you nothing but the best for the both of you. You're now family and I will always keep the both of you in my thoughts and in my prayers.”

“They made aquiring what was needed for my house very easy and helped answer all questions with a great response. I wasn't told I don't know anything about it like you are at rent a center. They even helped out more than needed by allowing me to add a tv which would have put me over my limit. The manager is very nice and so are their employees.
