Do not buy your dogs from this place, they sold me a puppy who ended up having lymphoma by 3 years old. You really DO NOT know their breeders or their practices, this has been the absolute most devastating situation I have had to go through with my family. Our dog had lymphoma that was genetically passed down to him. Look elsewhere for your dogs.

A few weeks ago we were sold 2 baby Syrian hamsters that were "siblings" and I asked if they could stay together once they were fully grown because other pet stores advised against it. I was assured "because they are litter mates" they are fine together. My 11 year old daughter took a nap and woke up to find one hamster ate the other ones head! My daughter is traumatized and the store will do nothing about it. I asked if they could please take the remaining hamster back and they claim they have no room and i should call in a few weeks. They are still telling me these type of hamsters can live together. The employees and manager are not educated at all. I am sorry we trusted them. What a horrible experience and no customer service. The manager refused to give me information of anyone above her to talk to.Update...The second hamster died too! My poor kid is devastated. AFTER filing a complaint with the BBB the store called and claimed they found room to take the other hamster back. Unfortunately it had also died also. Now I am out $50 and my poor kid is heartbroken.

We just adopted our new puppy today, and the staff were great! They were very helpful in answering all our questions, and were very polite. 5 stars for the staff!

My family has over the years bought several puppies from this pet store. We always have a great experience. We got over the years german shepherds and pomeranians from yuppy puppy. Highly recommend this pet store.

Went there and asked where their puppies came from. Woman who worked there told me “a puppy farm” (a.k.a. a puppy mill). Breeders names are Amish and from the Lancaster area. 99 percent of puppies sold in pet stores are from puppy mills. Reputable breeders are forbidden to sell their puppies to pet stores. Puppies that aren’t sold are either sold at a lower price or killed. Pressed about their business practices through messenger, they blocked me from messaging them. Stay away from Yuppy Puppy and ALL pet shops selling puppies!!!!! The parents of these puppies suffer a horrific life of constant breeding until they cannot breed anymore. They are then killed!!!! Disgraceful!!!!
