The pharmacy is so unprofessional. I sat at the drive-through window watching the pharmacy tech, Teagan (or however you spell her name), ignore me for a whole 15 minutes while she laughed with her coworkers and purposely ignored customers(there were three of us in line that I felt bad for because I knew they were going to have to deal with the nasty attitudes as I did). I understand that it was 30 minutes before closing, but you are supplying people with medication. Your job is a necessity.
As I tried to talk to another tech to pick up my medication, she told me I wasn’t in the system. I’ve been going to that pharmacy for almost three years now. I told her that the she somehow found my information, but then she proceeded to tell me that my medication wouldn’t be ready because I came 10 minutes before closing , Even after I told her, I’ve been sitting here for almost 20 minutes before before she came over to me. Teagan kept laughing and saying over and over in the background “why why why” As if she was annoyed, I couldn’t hear her but the glasses see-through so I could read her lips.
You guys should get a new pharmacy staff or at least install a privacy window at the drive-through. This experience was very unprofessional. I will be calling corporate first thing in the morning

There’s one guy in the pharmacy that is very rude! I don’t know his name but I know his face!! Speaking to him over the phone or in person! Trust me I will let him/them know the next time I’m there!!! Zero Stars!!!

This is a great pharmacy and store. They are fast. I like using the drive-up window. I went to the doctor's office and they called in prescriptions for me, and they were ready when I went there right afterwards. They are able to refill large orders like for 90 days and 180 days, which is very helpful. I was also happy to get the COVID booster there. Very pleasant pharmacist and staff.

Excellent service by Nick. Thoroughly professional & knowledgeable. Went above and beyond helping customers and me.
The other gent in customer service is Juwan, always smiling always ready to help as long as I remember him in this store.

The absolute worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever been to. Always takes forever to get prescription even if theres no line and there is always some sort of issue. Avoid at all costs. Switching to another pharmacy

If I could give zero stars for pharmacy believe me I would... Unbelievable 3rd trip here still no meds lots of excuses however... No one answered phone again this is 3 rd trip since last Friday. They have had four days to fill 3 meds .. lazy n entitled

Yet again I was promised my pills yesterday and now it's today and now they're promised tomorrow; I won't be holding my breath. It's not surprising that you can't get through to them on the phone, it's likely people just like me calling to ask why yet again I'm sitting here without my pills.I also read in the paper today that they all want to go on strike because evidently $50+ an hour is not sufficient to stuff little pills in little containers while ignoring the phone and being outright hostile towards customers all the while smirking at you because they got you by the balls.Someone please Remind me HOW we have gotten to this place. Pharmacists used to be responsible, kind, and thoughtful. Now you have to pray they woke up on the right side of the bed if you have any hope of getting your prescription, much less within a reasonable time.

Every visit to this pharmacy comes with its own set of challenges. I'm frequently left without my medication for days due to various issues. Instead of receiving assistance or understanding, I often feel like I'm being given the runaround. What's even more frustrating is that the responsibility is rarely taken by the pharmacy staff. Instead, the blame is either shifted to me or to my physician. I find this to be a recurring and concerning pattern..The anxiety of navigating the medication refill process has become so intense that I've seriously considered turning to alcohol as a coping mechanism. It's disheartening to realize that other pharmacies I've tried don't seem to be any better. I miss the personal touch and genuine concern that local, independent pharmacies used to offer. Unfortunately, it seems we've let these smaller businesses fade away, leaving us at the mercy of impersonal chain pharmacies.Additionally, the digital platforms associated with this pharmacy, including their website and app, consistently have functionality issues. This isn't just a problem with this particular branch but seems to be an issue with the entire franchise. If the online tools don't work efficiently, it raises the question of their purpose and value to customers.

I am shocked to see the ratings for this place so high. I would give zero stars if I could. Every time I try to go to the pharmacy the line is incredibly long, like wraps around the store long. They are two days behind on filling prescriptions which I can understand for refills but my kids needed antibiotics and I had to fight to get them filled the same day. My mom has been having major problems as well, she had a 90 day refill. It took them a week to fill it, which is fine she plans ahead but they only gave her 5 pills because they needed to order more. I expected some hiccups with all the new costumers from rite aid but this is unacceptable. I will be finding a new pharmacy ASAP.
