Came in for a vaccine as required per appointment. I arrived early, but waited 30 minutes after my appt time. I think I might have waited longer if I didn't say anything.
This pharmacy is way too busy, and need more help and structure. I saw the counter girl put someone on hold and I'm not sure she got back to them. Treat customers as you would want to be treated.

Your call response/pickup system only works when someone actually pick ups...terrible! Shoddy and rude customer service! SMH

This place has gone from bad from worse. I was on hold for 40 minutes then hung up on. Then I went to pick up my prescriptions and the prices increased from the last month i picked them up and when i asked why they were annoyed. Looking for a new pharmacy and do not recommend this one to anyone

I'm 78 and have several health concerns that require numerous medications. Usually, my caregiver picks them up for me. However, this week I was informed that my caregiver couldn't collect my pain medications on my behalf. I thought it was strange, but since my doctor's appointment was the next day and the pharmacy is nearby, I went there after.Once there, I was told I could only receive a week's worth of my prescription due to new rules. I was puzzled – was the rule about my caregiver or the prescription amount? When I inquired, the pharmacist, a short woman with noticeably dyed hair, smirked and said it was their new policy, then quickly left.My doctor informed me that this had been an issue at that pharmacy recently. He sent my prescription to another pharmacy that didn't have these strict rules. I suspect it's not a store-wide policy but one created by that specific pharmacist. I feel pharmacists should undergo mental health evaluations, as something seems off with this one.

People often turn to medical professionals for pain relief. While various pain medications exist, opioid analgesics are the go-to for severe pain, such as that related to cancer, neurological issues, or end-of-life. Yet, treating pain is tricky: everyone's tolerance differs, and distinguishing between genuine pain and substance misuse is not always clear-cut. Proper opioid prescribing hinges on understanding these complexities, thorough patient assessment, and constant monitoring. However, a particular pharmacist seems to think she can diagnose without actual diagnostics. Ironically, she only fills prescriptions if insurance approves, assuming insurers share her miraculous diagnostic skills. Her choices led me to endure more pain and inconvenience by making additional trips to the doctor and a distant pharmacy. After 12 loyal years at this Walgreens, I'm disappointed by the lack of reciprocity. Henceforth, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Was in need for a prescription to be filled using a script from my Doctor. My script did not have my address on it ( just like every script). The Walgreens pharmacy refused to fill it stating that "your prescription must have your address on it". I went next door to CVS and they filled it right away.Stay away from Walgreens.

I just left this stores pharmacy and I received some of the best customer service from this worker. I believe her name is Tateyana. Very helpful.

I must have called in at a particularly busy time but the person helping me did an amazing job. I think her name was Taylor. Anycase, nice store of the many Walgreens I've been served by across the country.

I have written reviews on this Walgreens before. All of those reviews were 5 Stars. Today I just felt I had to post a new review. I have used them as my one and only pharmacy for going on 6 years. The Pharmacist in charge Taylor is an outstanding pharmacist who knows you and the medication you take she's always careful to double check your Rxs if she thinks something doesn't look right. The other pharmacist are just as good but I've dealt with Taylor the longest. The pharmacy staff of technicians always greet you with a smile a greeting using your name something that has been lost in todays world. That simple feature makes me feel as if I've a special customer to them. When I drop my prescriptions off there could be as many as right. I then here ok Mr. Morgan could you give us twenty minutes any other pharmacy would tell me it will take two hours. I recommend that you try Walgreens once and after meeting the fabulous staff you will never leave.

The staff is OK and it is generally a good store. However you may not want to get the shingles vaccine there. I had the first one and went in for the second but they were too busy. I received 2 reminders by mail to get the second and called then but they send they are now out of the vaccine and will not have it until some time in September. I think once they sell you the vaccine they should keep your second dose and not leave you with a long waiting period.
