Thank you Josh and Franklin for resolving my issue. I had a bad experience with the previous management of this dealership. Once I spoke with Josh and explained everything I got immediate response from him and situation resolved.

"Purchased" a vehicle over 90 days ago and still no title or way to register it. Dealership is hard to get a hold of and cannot tell me what's going on.
Update to my review.
Still no title
No way to drive my car that I got with a trade in
I cannot get a hold of ANYONE at the dealership.
Buyer beware do not purchase from this stealership.

WHERE IS THE TITLE TO MY SON'S CAR??????? NOW YOUR POCONO LOCATION IS UNDER INVESTIGATION????? WHERE IS THE TITLE!!!!!!!!!!! My son got pulled over and plate and registration match, BUT HE'S NOT THE OWNER????? ZERO STARS, but to post I have to leave at least one.

Bought a car from them. Friendly, courteous and pleasant saleswoman. Everything went well, until I got the actual paperwork. I was told I was getting a 2 year warranty for $1695. The warranty company said it is for 1 year only. I have spent the last 3 weeks making phone calls, sending emails and leaving messages on various people’s phones. I get told everyone is either on the phone or with a customer, they will return your call. NEVER HAPPENED. I HAVEN’T GOTTEN ANYONE TO CALL ME BACK……NOONE! Plus it’s been almost 2 months and I haven’t gotten my registration from Pa. Would not go there again. Stay away.

I bought a 2019 Kia Optima in November 2023, they told me my registration would arrive in about two weeks. It's been almost six months and they only gave me excuses, I came back and now they say the place doesn't belong to them, they transferred me to Hackensack and they want to take the car and they give me $1500 down payment for another vehicle because they can't get it. the title, when I gave $7000 down payment, they are a bunch of thieves!!!!!! and now I don't have papers for the car and I can't drive it!!!!

Saw another review with the same concern. Bought car on 12/9/23; they never properly transferred the tags from old car to the purchased vehicle at dealership. Son got pulled over for driving with "dead tags". "Dead tags" are still linked to old vehicle, which has since been scrapped. Can't re-register the tags to this car because THERE'S NO TITLE FOR THIS CAR. They never took care of it. No one seems to know where the title is? And the Pocono location is now no longer in business? My son is awaiting the official citation and will have to go to a Magistrate over this. How is he supposed to explain this? It's so bizarre. And he can't drive the car because it's not legal. If this isn't rectified by the end of this week, we will be filing in the Court of Common Pleas to have have a title reissued. I would suggest others in this situation do the same. Venture Hackensack NJ location is of no help.

BEWARE OF THE OWNER MIKE AND HIS PARTNER TIM. I sold my 06 Porsche Cayenne S to Mike out of necessity on a cross country road trip moving out west. I did not have the title with me so I mailed them the title and they promised to pay me and completely ghosted me. I tried calling dozens of times and was met with lies about a check being in the mail or just sent to voicemail. Some of the worst business practices I have ever observed. I even tried reaching him through his personal number and at the Peanut Bar (which he wons) with no luck. I have been owed this money since October and the car is no longer on the lot.

We purchased a car last year. It's been nothing but problems. We've had the car in the shop more than we've been able to drive it! Although Venture tried to make good on it we are still finding more problems with this car. I will never buy a car from Venture again!
