The amount of time they are open is ridiculous, 8-10am is not a window most people can utilize. I have left with my box still in hand more time than I have been able to send a package. Apparently because the person who runs the label printing and outbound shipping station in on leave, so people are not able to print labels at the ups facility. I assume management is so disconnected and there isn't enough people to run the department. Don't advertise services if you can't deliver on them, the shipping desk seems like it is just wasting everyone's time.

Will there be someone present to take your package? Roll the dice. They state their hours on the business page and maps, but that does not have any bearing on their actual hours. Sometimes they are open, sometimes they are not. Sometimes they have a sign on the door explaining why they are not open and sometimes they do not. Regardless, you have to go there to find out.Edit: the business responded to this post and asked that I contact them through social media DM. As a courtesy I do and I get an automated response asking me if I am trying to change my address. If I could give less than a star, I would. In the past UPS had a reputation of being a bit more expensive but excellent customer service. Clearly, going public and feeling the pressure of providing 'value-added' to the shareholders has required some compromises to their core values.

Update your hours on google maps!Bad enough you’re closed most of the day but I showed up at 4:30 only to find the hand written sign stating you open at 5:30 now. What kind of hours of business is this anyway? UPS is now just a subsidiary of amazon. I guess us retail customers can kick rocks.

Arrived at UPS CC @ Rockvale at 5:30pm on May 9, 2023 to find a sign stating that the Customer Center will be opening late @ 6pm. So I waited. Here it is 6:32pm and still closed. No one to help us as the line started getting longer.

The person who assisted me was so helpful. She has been at this location for years. She had a very rude, demanding customer ahead of me and she remained patient and respectful.No one was home when my friend's package was delivered so the driver did not leave the package. Cudoos to that driver as well for following protocol. The lady assisted my friend in reaching out to the driver so my friend could retrieve the package. It was her daughter's sweet 16th birthday gift. Great customer service to the employee's involved. S/n- there was also a dispatcher in the Easton location who should be recognized as well. He was how the driver was contacted because the driver is from the Easton location. Great job across the board!

The lock of disappointment with the service it’s huge!!!! My package was supposedly delivered on Tuesday at 1:30 PM at side door. First of all my house don’t have a side door neither any of the neighbors in my development. Seller don’t have the items in stock to replace my order anytime soon, not the first time I have problems with UPS Deliver at my residence. I was expecting that management at Stroudsburg location to dig a little deeper and find out where this driver delivered my package!

The service is terrible. You can't even get someone to answer your questions. So annoying. Ups is too old of a company not to have your act together ?. So disappointed

This place is horrible!! They deliver my packages to the wrong unit constantly. I honestly have no idea where 2 of my packages even ended up because no one has brought them to my unit or anything. I completely do not understand how you don't leave my package on the porch that has my unit number on it and deliver it to somewhere else.

Worst customer service experience ever just as bad as FedEx, they saw me and kept on walking on by waited about 10 minutes til someone came to attend yo me, told him I needed my package held at the station wrote down my tracking number and said yes we will hold it for you here next morning get a message from ups that package is out for delivery, needed a signature but no door tag was left on my door with info I needed to put in on the website for changing delivery address, called customer service got no where with the automated phone service they have they kept saying we can't help with that. I basically have been given the run around and can't seem to retrieve my package.

What a WONDERFUL experience I had with this location!!!! Rockstar Dee listened calmly to my problem, and quickly! efficiently! and expertly! took care of it in just a few short minutes! The UPS driver delivered a package sent to me from a client. When I looked outside on our porch, by our garage, by our mailbox, as well as asked my neighbors, the package was no where to be found. I went on-line and delved deeper to see if the driver indicated where I would find it. The word 'ONLY' was posted. After looking again, I called UPS with the tracking details and they said they would follow up with the facility where the package was sent from. Indeed within a few minutes, I received a call from Dee and she went into her system, contacted the driver, directed me to a location where the package was (the driver left it in plastic wrapped well near a light post in our driveway), and told me she would wait until I found the box. The driver was concerned to come to our house as our driveway was a bit icy from the inclement weather. I went out again, followed her directions and found the package. She wanted to make certain the package arrived undamaged and in good condition, which it did. She was delightful as could be and as professional as ever!!! A situation that had me quite distressed turned into a very pleasant outcome all because of Dee's kind, caring nature. I wish that other professional organizations had more employees like Dee. They immediately change the dynamics of what could escalate to a confrontation to a very positive outcome. Thank You Dee and thank you UPS Rockdale Lane!! I am quite grateful for your help!

Ridiculous. Drivers continuously disobey speed limits in our dirt road community. We even put up new speed limit signs and they still fly pass out house. On top of that drivers LIE about attempting deliveries. I waited and watched as UPS van pulled up in my driveway, sat in his car for a few minutes and drove off, DIDNT EVEN COME TO MY DOOR! I have a ring camera and two dogs, trust me I wont miss you. When you call to complain your pleas get ignored or they wont even bother calling you back. What happened to this company!? These are unacceptable business ethics.

Although I've experienced good service from UPS in the past, this package was delivered to the wrong address that is 4 houses away from me. I am handicapped and it was very inconvenient to retrieve this package. It was probably easier for the driver, but it wasn't for me. I have also requested deliveries to my back door which has been ignored. I am very disappointed.
