We rented our tuxedos for our wedding on 10/19. After having a very unpleasant experience with Men's Wearhouse I called and spoke with one of the women who turned everything around. She was able to get our group fitting in and helped us keep with in our budget. The fitting processes was very smooth and efficient especially since there were so many of us. One of who was my 4 year old son who was not happy about the fitting at all and another of our groomsmen lived out of state where he couldnt easily come in to the store till the day before the wedding. Everyone was very polite and accommodating when we needed changes made. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs suits or tuxedos and we will definitely use them again in the future if we are in need.

The entire staff was so kind, friendly and welcoming. I came in with no appointment and they fitted all 4 groomsmen for my wedding. I traveled here from the Lehigh valley and would recommend them over any other Tuxedo store in the area. They have top notch customer service!

Staff was nice however I wasn’t sure about how I liked the fit of the tux due to my arms and shoulders while trying on and the fact that the pants I requested were not available to try on and the associate suggested that I purchase different pants in case I don’t like the fit of the ones I selected and wasn’t able to try on (to me that defeats the purpose of paying 200+ for the rental). I Was not told that there was a non refundable 75$ deposit for rentals. I didn’t realize until I read the receipt later that evening .
Update : manager reached out to me and apologize for the misunderstanding and refunded my deposit.
