Will never return. We have been going to Trophy Tire for 27 years, always recommended others to them. Not anymore. I have never been so livid or treated so rudely when requesting assistance from any local businesses before. The gentleman behind the counter was rude, unprofessional and belittling. They did not have my appt in the book, mistakes happen, I had no issue with that, but then he blamed my husband for not calling him back but in fact I told him he was on speaker and my husband told him to put me in for Thursday and he stated he did, he was rude to husband at that time too, I had my doubts then and thought maybe the guy had a bad day and blew it off. He denied it stating my husband was going to call them back. I asked several times, after hearing him complain to me about the job I requested of them, if I should take it somewhere else if they cannot do it it is no big deal. He said no. In a huff and puff "we can do it unless you want to take it elsewhere and get charged more" then telling me how busy they are and do not know when they can fit me in. They scheduled for the following Thursday. He continued to complain about the job I requested, that we bought the parts needed and that makes more work for them, $200 less than what he was going to charge me by the way, complained he needed to get new estimate for me and he will call my husband, him having to take my truck to another shop for something needed for the service, the work they have to do etc. I walked out went to Abeloff GMC, got an appt for the next day, wasn't spoken down to and they were professional. I called and canceled my appt with Trophy Tire. It was also $200 cheaper. No need to be angry with me, if you cannot or do not want to do the job just say so, do not make me feel like crap because I asked if you could do a service on my truck, you said yes and now everything is an issue. I was so angry with how rudely I was treated.

I called to ask about prices for 1 single tire to get ordered, mounted and balanced and i gave him all the information he asked for and the guy on the phone made me feel stupid and gave me extremely amounts of attitude

They are part of Tim automotive repairs on Phillips street. This shop scammed me out of fifty dollars on a free service. Every shop does a free scanner service. This shop took my car in, raise the jack about 1 feet off the ground and gave me an incomplete picture of what was going on. I trusted this shop. I don't know how they got the better business award.

They have bailed us out many times in past couple years. I used to use them since the 80's in butler park. 2 vehicles needing custom exhaust work, (excellent prices!) 1 needed it but they saw another serious frame issue and called immediately to let me rethink spending money on it. Just got tires again today. Very reasonable, quick and professional.

Amazing customer service, and they did a fantastic job on my car, and have very reasonable prices. They go the extra mile here and stand behind their work and I’ll absolutely be returning and recommending them! They got me fixed up quickly and back on the road after my tire exploded.

Great place to get your repairs and or tires from. Quality mechanics, nice clean shop and if other repairs are needed, they will recommend, but they don't push the other repairs unless it is a safety issue. My only issue is if you use credit, there is a 4% surcharge added to your bill, which if it is a large repair, it adds up. That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars!
