Called for a rough estimate for a timing belt and water pump replacement package, explained I had sealed from the dealership genuine parts, so I know genuine parts are being used and was told absolutely no customer supplied parts period.Really suspicious practice considering I won't know if they used genuine parts or not and no mention of their supplier before I was hung up on.

Great shop, the mechanic is very knowledgeable and friendly. I was in a pinch with a leak in my transmission right before my cross country move, so I stopped here for some help. The mechanic took time out of his day and answered my questions and suggested what to do. He did not rush me or charge me for his advice. Thank you for your help.
