I never had a more positive experience with a team member in my life. Jo from customer service was an absolute saint, my niece was visibly upset and nothing really was making her feel better, she offered her right away some cool target stickers to help her calm down. She also took the time out to talk to us in such a kind respectful manner when we were having difficulty! I 100% commend her customer service skills and hope to see her in maybe a higher position in the future! She is amazing!

This store is the absolute WORST. The shelves are never stocked, inventory is not up to date, and it's FILTHY. The bathroom is disgusting, with the same diet streaks on the floor since last year.
There has been a steady decline in this location for several years.

All checkouts closed except one at 8:15 at night. Huge line for absolutely no reason. This is stupid!!!

No shopping carts inside the store. No one to help grab them either. Just excuses.

Ridiculous lines. There is only ever one lane open and they won't allow you to use self check out with more than 10 items. You wait entirely to long.

Shelves were completely disorganized. The entire store looked like it had never been swept or vacuumed. I actually tripped over a piece of cardboard that definitely came from restocking.
I'm not sure if they're understaffed but I will say the entire time I was at self checkout there were 3 employees that appeared to just be standing around

Numerous out-of-stock desirable items, trash/evidence of stolen goods on shelves, no employees available for help. A sad reminder brick and mortar stores can’t provide the shopping experience they previously offered.

This target is very clean and organize. The best part is that if you need help finding something there is someone there to help.

Your self service lines are very cold. All the closed registers. You can’t get anything quick. People like customer service. Target is lacking billing time.
