Went to store for house wares. Store was a total mess. Boxes in the aisles and shelves were empty and in disarray. When we went to the checkout with a full cart, there were no registers open just self checkout but 3 employees were hanging out chatting. We had to ask for bags because the bags at the checkout were small. Very disappointed in the store and it's workers. They need to get it together and clean the place up.

if negative stars was available, they would be receiving that rating. However, it is not so 1 star it is. I ordered ONE item for pickup and have been waiting nearly 2 hours to get it. You're telling me you don't have ONE worker to go back and grab my ONE item ? Lol

I use their mail order service. Everything arrived in good shape. One cd was cracked so they sent me a new one. Great customer service!

I love you Target! I am so happy that we have a Target nearby. The store is always clean and neat and well stocked. Great items, great quality.

Literally waited in the check out line for 15 minutes while ONE cashier had seven other people in her line. Front end manager was just there, just staring... not calling for backup cashiers, nothing.First world problems, for sure. But this place used to be on the ball.

Employees were not wearing masks correctly, wearing masks with their noses uncovered, Defeating the purpose of wearing a mask. Also some employees not even wearing them. Management needs to get a handle on this situation immediately.

This is the second time I have ordered an item noted as in stock only to find out hours later that, "we are sorry, that item is unavailable." Best Buy had the item and notified me it was ready for pick-up in ten minutes. Target, get a grip on your inventory practices. Don't offer a service if you can't execute it with professionalism.
