Been a customer for six years and went there to find out about an upgrade. Customer rep was training someone and seemed annoyed. Said I did not qualify for an upgrade and the web site said I did. I was told I had to upgrade my plan to get anything. Seemed like she just didn’t want to be bothered. Was able to upgrade calling T-Mobile themselves. So last time I’ll be going there for service! Customer service sucks there!

Greatest T-mobile experience I ever had. Very helpful and friendly staff and they did overtime to ensure me and all the other customers they were helping got our phones and the service we needed. 10/10 experience

!Unpleasant personnel and a poorly managed environment. Brochures were placed on the tables, only to later be informed they were property of the establishment. Clear instructions on waiting areas were lacking, leading to a discourteous encounter with a staff member who rudely instructed us not to stand near the storefront. The absence of signs indicating appropriate standing or sitting locations added to the confusion. It is advisable to avoid visiting this location!

Came to upgrade my phone. When I refused to add another line the representative took it upon herself to add a Samsung charger to my purchase. When I asked her to remove it she refused to allow me to upgrade claiming its store policy that I must purchase a accessory. They are not a corporate location and it shows, blatantly attempting to scam customers to pad commission.

They sold me a phone that did not have audio to text capabilities. I expressed I needed that accessory.i came back and they tried working it only to say my Razor,'s Edge couldn't,'t do it! ? I said I thought. I asked you for that as anidriidss now have that capacity not just I-phomes. They tell me this AFTER I thought I was set-up and had already bought it!!! Can you say Something called Razor Edge should be cutting edge. I was ripped off ! You have long waits in there. They were friendly enough but know what you are doing ???

They need to pay their employees more money and incentives! We go here a lot of times. Alisha is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products T-Mobile has. She, as well as the other employees, is always cheerful and very helpful! Too bad I can only give them 5 stars they deserve more!

BEWARE!! Went there to get an upgrade for the iPhone 14 pro max and one the Hispanic girl that was there was so nice helping me. Got the phone alright, she decided to take my iPhone out of the box and voluntarily putting a screen protector on my phone and also drops a wall adapter block in my bag and I'm like what are you doing? She was like "Oh it's a new thing T-Mobile is going doing, it comes with the phone. I'm over here thinking s*** is free. Weeks later checks my T-Mobile app just to see she financed in my plan. Went back to put a complaint on May 1st 2023 around 3:35PM. They listened and weren't surprised. She stood there and played d*** and clueless on my face. I've been with T-Mobile since 2018, never misses a payment and I mind my business but to try to get over people to get commission is greedy and messed up.

The workers and T-Mobile literally do nothing the stand around with their cell phones in their hand they if you can get away with not going to this company do it they are really really bad customer care half the time they don't know what they're doing the service is so bad

TODAY I WENT INTO THIS FINE ESTABLISHMENT TO CONNECT 2 GOOGLE PIXLE 7''S ... ADRIANE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE TOOK HIS TIME WITH ME AND WALKED ME THROUGH EVERY QUESTION I HAD ASKED... THEREFORE I GIVE HIM 5 STARS FOR EXCELLENT SERVICE... I WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION FOR FUTURE SERVICES...MERRY CHRISTMAS ???
