Do not bring your car here unless you wish to fill out an incident report that they will simply deny faster than the ink can dry. This car wash is responsible for my rearview camera to become inoperable. And they refuse to address the issue.
I politely explained to the manager that the camera was working on the way in and not working on the way out. The manager claimed that I left the lot and came back 40 minutes later so he would not be able to address the situation. Wrong. In fact, I never left the lot. I just drove to their vacuum cleaner (3rd unit on the far left of their lot) to clean up what the hand wash team missed. Took me about 15 minutes. He then claimed that no equipment in his car wash could render my camera defective.
However, I took the car right over to my auto technician and he stated that the information that Sparkles manager gave me was false. There is water, and there are brushes that brush the entire rear of my car that may have easily damaged it. Sparkle has a small window opportunity to rectify this issue, before I move the issue to the owner and then make it a legal matter if they still wont address it in good faith.
I will update this post with progress up until the final outcome.

I’ve been coming here for the past 4 years or so and the quality of the self serve wash stations have gotten worst over time. The soap that is suppose to help clean your vehicle seems to only be suds with water but no actual soap, the scrub brushes have clearly not been changed in years as they are all pretty flattened out and this is the same through out almost all the self serve stations. You’ll literally be cleaning off the dirt off your vehicle after having had (power washed and scrubbed your vehicle in the bay) simple changes, upgrades and maintenance could help improve this place dramatically.

I could not believe my ears when my daughter said she visited yesterday and was cussed out by an employee
(Scott or Josh). How is this quality customer service?! His behavior toward her was unacceptable. There is a better way to speak to customers. The manager did not help with diffusing the situation. She should have received an apology. I’ve been getting car washes here for years. We will take our business elsewhere.

The waitress was awesome, Tee Tee, we called her lol. Tables weren't that sanitized and cleaned, but the kids enjoyed it was a packed day for my grandson birthday gathering, and He approved, so?? oh free face painting was a good add-on that day!
