I booked an appointment online and safelite took care of contacting my insurance which was great. The service was very fast and easy which made my day less stressful. They transferred my inspection sticker and ezpass onto the new windshield. I would definitely recommend getting service here!

I had a great experience at the safelite auto glass center in Bartonsville pa. Friend informative staff. Efficiently replaced my Subaru forester winshield. Charles the staff person, told me about the after service protocol not going through a car wash right away. We'll done safelite

Ordered a tesla model y 2024 driver side door replacement. Took till day of for them to tell me the task was too much for them to handle. This could have been told to me the day i made the appointment. I never leave bad reviews like this but this is insanely inconvenient to do to people.

A rEaLLy stupid place to have your windshield replaced. I read some of the other dissatisfied customers and agree with most of what they have to say.
They damaged my truck, a 2017 GMC with only approximately 28,000 mile on it. It was my fault, I didn't remove the snow off the windshield before I "warmed" it up. The snow dropped on to the warmed windshield and it crack it. Good thing I had Full coverage on the truck, as the bill was around $1500.
So I made an appointment, which they scheduled me at the end of the day, and I had to bring my truck into their shop in Stroudsburg. That kinda pissed me off as I thought that they would come to my home. But I needed it done. So I had to leave it overnight, which worried me a bit. The truck in my baby, and I take really good care of it. Oil changes, body undercoated, waxed and detailed. Looks very much like a new truck still.
Anyways, So I leave it there, hoping that they would do a good job. I already feel like I hurt my truck by having the windshield replaced. Next day I called to come pick up my truck around 10:00am and I get there and see that the truck has tape to hold the windshield in place still on the truck. Ehh no biggy, Windshield still needs cleaning as hand prints are all over it.
Hmmm... Nobody has touched it since the repair. I start to look it over and notice certain "parts" are missing. So I go inside and say that I'm here to pick up my truck. They send someone out to get it "ready" while I wait and pay the bill, and sign off on the repair. Half hour later, they bring the truck around and present me the key and fob which I hoped they used to open the doors.
I noticed that they "cleaned" it up some and figured all was good.
I get it home and start a closer inspection. Those "parts" that where missing I notice earlier are still not there. So I call them up and a tell them that they forgot to install these parts. They want me to bring it in. Ok I bring it in, and find one of the parts under the hood, smashed and deformed. And I noticed that they scared up them apparently trying to remove them. So I had the manager come out and look at them and he tried to tell me that this was "NormaL" to which I said BS! This is not Normal to damage a persons' car in the Process of 'repairing" it! And so He agreed to purchase new parts to replace the damaged ones.
Long story short... I will likely never go back to them, as customer service is poor, they are expensive, the technicians are poorly trained, and they will damage your vehicle. Not only that but if you call them, you get a stupid AI (computer generated) person that only allows certain items to be discussed, mainly regarding them replacing your windshield. So my first and LAST visit was a big eye opener. Don't do business with them unless you don't care about how your vehicle is taken care of. Go to LIBERTY Windshield repair. They have REAL people that answer the phones and will come to your home, No extra charge!

Stay away from this place! They will damage your vehicle and then pretend it wasn't them and then tell you there is nothing they can do!I brought my vehicle in for a window replacement. This vehicle has a Heads Up Display. After installation the display is now extremely dim and blurry. When I first brought it to their attention one of the technicians came out watching a YouTube video about the heads up display. Clearly they have no clue what they are doing. I contacted my cars dealership and spoke with an advisor. They informed me that if the correct glass was used, and the calibration was done, the only other thing that could cause an issue is if the heads up display was damaged itself during installation. When I informed the technician of this at Safelite they basically told me even though it was working before bringing it in to them and that is now not functioning properly, that it wasn't their fault and there was nothing they can do.This place has horrible customer service and they were rude from the moment I walked in there intentionally. Not to mention, on top of all of that, I first initially contacted them months ago and was scheduled an appointment. They kept pushing the appointment back and eventually just never contacted me at all. I should have taken that as a sign and stayed away from this place!!UPDATE: Not only is the heads up display damaged but the automatic headlights no longer work as well! Clearly damage was done during their installation. And trust me, they will be held accountable.UPDATE: Picture added. Even though they swore up and down that they did nothing wrong, turns out they did! Took the vehicle to get diagnosed at the dealership and turns out they never reconnected an important sensor for the windshield. Which is why the HUD was dim and the auto headlights stopped working correctly.

Vehicle was brought right in. I was called into the shop to be shown "cosmetic imperfections". Appeared to be 2 tiny cracks about 1/4 inch long each. I told them unacceptable. They had to order another windshield. I wasn't paying $400 for a new windshield with issues. See what happens next week.

Great Customer Service .Final bill was to the estimate with no other fees, and service was completed ahead of scheduled pick up time. Would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend this place. I got there 20 minutes early and still took my car in right away. They had me out in 45 minutes. Excellent customer service and the windshield came out perfect.
