Billing Practices Need Improvement
I've encountered some challenges with their billing system that I believe could be improved. Recently, I was charged a $20 convenience fee due to a change in my payment method. Although the contract specifies a 10-day grace period for payments, I was charged this fee without prior notification when my payment method changed.
Despite updating my payment information within the grace period, the fee was still applied. While I understand that policies need to be followed, I had hoped for more flexibility or acknowledgment of the situation, especially since the payment was made in good faith and within the allowed timeframe.
It's unfortunate that there wasn't more consideration for these circumstances, as the long-term commitment of a 12-month contract already requires a strong customer relationship. I would appreciate it if Retro Fitness could revisit how they handle such cases to ensure a smoother experience for their members.

It’s a normal chain gym, but overall pretty good. I liked that they have more powerlifting platforms and racks than your usual chain gym.

Been attending the 11am classes, rockout pound and chair aerobics, love the instructors and the group of people in attendance were also very nice. I find the volume of people in the evening classes to be a little much but the midday turnout is perfect for a wallflower

Member from another state Visiting and wanted to workout I was impressed facility was clean staff was friendly and accommodating machines were all new and in working order got a great workout in only thing that they were missing that my home gym has was the sauna and steam room but overall A plus plus facility

Came here on a guest pass while on vacation and enjoyed the gym. Clean, big, lots of equipment. Wasn't overly crowded. Guest pass process was easy.

any staff I've encountered has been nice, its clean. I like to do what I came to do and leave (Im not very social :P ) and I am able to do that easily here. there is always people there but it never feels crowded. Good atmosphere, if you're intimidated by the idea of gyms, don't be. The place is very bright and pleasant seeming to all ages shapes and sizes as far as I've seen.

Bait and switch. I get a free guest pass for this location online through retrofitness’ website and then after driving 15 mins to this place apparently this “franchise doesn’t honor free guest passes” meanwhile all locations are supposed to follow the corporate rules… so in order to save my time had to instead purchase a day pass for $10. Don’t come here unless you want to deal with this mess. Better business and customer service would have honored what I had hence why I am writing this review.
