Excellent and seamless experiance ,the salesman amir was freindly and personable , never pushy .and willing to answer any questions i had no matter how redundant they may have been .. between him felix and tony in finance this was the best car buying experiance ive had to date ..you definatly have a my buisness in the future!! Thank you!

Great service and friendly staff. Free snacks and beverages in the clean waiting area. However prices aren't always competitive.

Very disappointing experience! I went in with clear intentions to buy a car and Robert was distracted and uninterested the entire time. He walked away TWICE while we tried to ask questions. I went in on a specific vehicle that was overpriced but they explained that they "bought high, so have to sell high" (not sure why thats my problem?) so then we said no thanks and he walked away. He didnt even ask "Is there another car that may interest you?" We had to actually go find the Manager, Felix, to get shown a different car!! We came to an agreement and we are ready to buy despite the fact that Robert rattled off maybe only 3 of the MANY features and didnt produce the carfax. They put us on a computer to run our credit ourselves( very impersonal) and then let us sit there for 20 min. Then the Finance "Manager" Mike comes over and tells me that with a credit score over 800, I qualify for 8.1% interest?! So, I show him my Chase app that says I qualify for 6.1% and he has NO explanation. He comes back with 6.33%. (Wonder how that happened?) Then Mike lies and says "well , the 2% difference only equates to an extra $90 over the term of the loan anyway!" This guy needs a lesson in math. Its all just a SHAM TO PUT MORE MONEY IN HIS POCKET. Then after wasting 3 hours of my time AND running my credit they say, we just checked the file and "we dont have, the title so we cant sell the car and it could be weeks before we get it but you can pay a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT to hold the car"! The car should not be on the lot if you cannot sell it and NO ONE ELSE CHARGES A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. I went to Koch 33 Mazda the NEXT MORNING and bought a car (they also had no title but still sold the car with the appropriate legal instrument), and the interest rate was the 6.1% without any question because thats what I qualify for!! The salesperson at Koch (Jason) had the car washed and warmed with ONLY 15 min notice, went through EVERY feature, reviewed the entire carfax, the FREE extended warranty coverage in detail, and several other disclosures. He was ATTENTIVE the entire time and had a VERY EFFECTIVE process AND this was the same model car with less miles and a BETTER PRICE! I truly hope Ray Price takes this contstructive criticism and make some changes!
