I looked into it. A dealer may offer add-ons, but if the dealer forces add ons and does not remove them when requested (especially when they haven't even been physically added to the vehicle yet as in this case), that dealership is legally guilty of fraud.

Amazing car buying experience! Both salesman and sales manager(Jason Cráter) both excellent to work with , provided clear & upfront info on my purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
