The level of service experienced with this company is unmatched! From the wonderful people answering calls to delivery drivers or technicians, I have honestly never had a bad experience with anyone working with this company. Their oil price may not always be the lowest you find however it is more than made up for by the service. I highly recommend these kind folks to anyone.

I am grateful for this company. I am new to Pennsylvania and having to deal with heating oil and boilers. My boiler just stopped working and they were not only friendly but Extremely professional. My main concern was getting the help I need since today is so cold, but they reassured me everything was going to get solved today. I definitely will be calling them for my heating oil and boiler service needs.

Had an issue with my oil burner turning off. Called and got a same day service to show up exactly when he said he’d be there, and fixed in 30min with no additional charges beyond what was absolutely necessary. Warned me of upcoming maintenance needs and explained everything very clearly.So pleased I called Stiff Oil! Only a $300 fix for two parts and labor!

I was in immediate need of service and Alison went up and beyond to get Paul into my home to fix my boiler within a reasonable amount of time. They were both courteous and professional. They were a blessing for me with all the issues I am having with my new home, thank you Alison and Paul. I will highly recommend them.

What a wonderful experience with this company, Renee who answers the phone is extremely helpful, very nice and caring, oil delivery is super fast! So glad to have found this company, we had a very bad experience with the previous one. Highly recommend Stiff Oil!

Stiff Oil will forever have me as a customer! Called for an oil delivery after learning that my reader was broken and I had run out of oil on a freezing cold day! Renee, you were such a help, so kind, and assured me that I would have my oil delivered the same day. Two hours later, my business was warm and I was able to get work done! Thank you!!!!!

One of their drivers was supposed to deliver oil today but didn't even stop the truck and kept going. I later got an email saying they couldn't get in my driveway which was 100% false. They still have my money and won't say when they'll be back to deliver. I get that we had bad weather and you're probably backed up, but this is no way to treat your customers.

I have been a customer for two years now, and they get the job done.i wish I could say the same about liberty oil and fuel unfortunately they wrote me off it's called foaming up I tried to pull the fast one on me but I was too smart for him and I cut their a** off after four or five years of service it's a shame that people have to steal off others in a Poconos to survive that's been a history up here for many years. Pennywise ain't much better . Can we have the oil companies also that feel if you're getting a LIHEAP credit you were born in the ghetto if you're in the ghetto we'll treat you like your from the ghetto. Thanks for your service furino fuel.it just seems like they half to screw you over.
