yesterday Monday 01/29/24, I made an appointment for today 01/30/24 @11:00, for tinted window, I arrived at my appointment and surprise the response was the person who makes it is not here, I understand but we all have a schedule, it was very easy to give me a phone call and say don't come, not professional.

I highly recommend Next Level Auto. Got a european car? This is the place to check out. They did an awesome job with my 2007 mini copper sport. The owner, Gerard, is dedicated to getting the vehicle fixed. My car had some issues that showed up after other repairs. Gerard kept with it until it was resolved. Great shop, good service.

Was really not impressed by them. Stopped in to discuss remote starters. Waited like 20 minutes for someone to be available to talk to. When he showed up he walked past us into the office and the poor guy behind the counter went to tell him we were waiting to talk to him. He gave the kid a price and that was all we got. No discussion about what we would be getting, features, options, nothing. These guys have no idea what customer service is. I was interested in taking to them about window tint on my truck too, never even got the chance. Just awful. I'll look elsewhere.

I was in PA for the weekend and my jeep was having issues.I found Next Level Auto on google and decided to give them a try. Gerard is very professional and honest. He also provides quality work. He explained his process to me prior to taking my jeep and followed through 100%. I had no surprises. I'm very happy to have my jeep up and running again. Also, pricing is very fair!If you are in the area or nearby, I highly recommend. You won't be disappointed. Thanks Gerard & team! Keep up the amazing work.

I stopped in because my remote starter wasn't working. What was the problem a simple battery change on the key fob. He put the batteries in and I was on my way, no charge.Thank you for your honest service, because I had no idea.

Id like to start off by saying,if you seek honesty,integrity and sincerity,this is the place to go!!!!I would like to commend gerard for being a stand upStr8 shooter,u know alot of mechanics are greasy (no pun intended)but this guy here is an honorable man,he is not seeking to dig in ur pockets,he is seeking to fix whatever issues ur vehicle has.i went there with a 2002 Mercedes e320 with electrical issuesThe good ole water in the console damage,you know that can go into some heavy numbers,however gerard was very down to earth and reasonable.i HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to anyone seeking to get their car fixed and not leave with more problems than they came in with!I also like to send a shout out to the guy Richie,he is very knowledgeable and tech savvy,I rocks with this placeIf you’re an hour away,it’s worth the drive ,trust me!!
