Regularly poor service here. Seems to be quite cliquey. Staff deal with phone calls before in person customers. When you walk in to the store, They leave you standing at the counter while they seem to be working on the computers at the registers. When you do get speak to someone, often the first answer is ‘no’ until I push back when they look into it more and then I get somewhere. Some of the staff can be helpful!

Incompetence is what destroys a businesses reputation!! Ordered a part was supposed to be there yesterday and still no part today! This is unacceptable as I could have got the part from a reliable competitor but as a loyal customer I chose them and I now regret it. They should keep better employees to not make mistakes which cost other businesses loss of revenue due to being down from an incompetent worker failing to do their job!!! This will go up that ladder as far as it can go and corporate will be notified and I will be receiving some kind of compensation for my lost revenue!!!

Do not recommend to anyone!!!!!! Worse Napa auto parts in the entire country!!! Employees are incompetent and they should seek all new employees!!

Got what I needed headlights. I go here frequently as the other auto places tend to have a little attitude. They are busy on phone calls a lot for orders but just be patient

Terrible customer service. Day 1: Bought pads and rotors for Hyundai Sonata. Day 2: jacked up car, went to put pads and rotors on, both way oversized for my car. Reassembled car, drove 35 minutes back to Napa and exchanged for what looked like more reasonable parts. Day 3: jacked up car, disassembled only to find out pads were still wrong. Traced the outline of my pads on paper, reassembled car, drove 35 minutes back again. Got an attitude from the parts counter guy, they gave me a different brand of pads Day 4: disassembled car, the pads fit!!! But the rotors are same thickness and diameter, but rotor hat is too shallow. Reinstall old rotor, drive 35 minutes back. Without saying a word, they issued a refund, they didn't even offer to find the right rotors. Not once an apology, only a uncaring bad attitude. I ended up spending a total of 6 extra hours and driving 96 extra miles because they couldn't figure out the right pads and rotors for a 2015 Hyundai Sonata with a 2.4L engine, one of the most common sedans on the road. I like Napa, but this store sucks!!!

Store is difficult to find, but the people that work there make the trip worthwhile. Honest and helpful!

They sold me a part that ended up being not compatible with my vehicle after installation. But, they acknowledged the error, were able to hold the core, refunded me, and also helped me swap the pully that was damaged on the new OEM part I bought (somewhere else) with the old one. I will be doing more business with them again soon.
