I went there to have an oil change, inspection, tire rotation. They changed me for all that they were supposed to do and didn’t rotate my tires or change my oil. Poor excuse for a business like them. I used to think that they were okay; not anymore!!!!

I went to the Kost Tire in Stroudsburg today to schedule an appointment to have my oil changed. I need to have an appointment to wait as I do not have someone to take me back and forth. I was told that they do not take appointments and it is first come, first served, I could not set up appointment to have this done while waiting. Needless to say I have spent over $ 800.00 with this location last September to have my water pump replaced in my 2010 Dodge Challenger. I found a local competitor that was able to schedule an oil change while I wait.
Poor service, especially for repeat customer.

Kost Tires in Stroudsburg, PA is by far, one of the greatest auto services I have ever visited (and I have been to a lot, I have awful luck with cars.) Stephen went above and beyond for me and Dino has always been extremely helpful. I have been coming to this location for years and will continue to do so.

I couldn’t ask for more! I was driving on 80 I noticed my tire pressure going down quickly. Pulled off and just like a beacon of hope - Kost Tire was right in front of me. Chris the manager got me taken care of quickly and Jack (the technician) was wonderful too! We all chuckled when we saw the massive nail that was stuck in it. Thank you for your kindness and wonderful service.

No charge! Not only did they take us right away and patch our flat tire, they didn't charge us! "It's a free service," the manager said, "just give the technician a tip." Amazing! And wonderful!

Not just this store (which went out of their way to help us put a tire on our RV after one was shredded) but several other affiliated Kost store who looked around for us until they found a nearby one that had the tire we needed once there it was an hour and a half wait door to door. The price was incredible and the service superb.

Came in for a wheel alignment which I thought I needed lol but they checked my car out and told me I didn’t need it Guys was very friendly and honest and didn’t take my money or try to scam me Everything was very quick and efficient.. These guys are the real deal and you now have yourself a loyal customer will be coming back for an inspection next thank you guys again! I recommend everyone to come here if you want honesty and good work done!

This place is such a blessing to find. I've spent so much at Firestone until I was tired of being taken advantage of. My husband saw their commercial and said he's going to give the a try. Wow. The best decision Kost is very reasonable, the place is very friendly, again the price is affordable without breaking the bank. I've been a dedicated customer with Firestone for years. That's it. I've decided to move on with Kost Tire & Auto.
