I recently had dealings with this office that were unnecessarily stressful.
The selling agent acted in unprofessional manner. I left a detailed message on the brokers voicemail expressing my discontentment, and never received the courtesy of a call back.
Not a good business practice at all.

Buying and finding a house at the top of the market was not an easy task. Irene was very professional as well as a Friend directing me to the right direction each and every time. Being in the Military took a lot of time from the whole property purchase process; I wasn't always around. Stresses were high as (all) my criteria needed to be met. Mrs. Irene found a way to keep me Calm and send me daily updates on everything that was going on with the house. Irene is not only a fantastic realtor, she is an excellent support system. In fact, I don't even consider her as a realtor, she's more of a Family member. She still keeps in touch consistently. In a nutshell, She negotiated and helped us to obtain the house of our dreams, working hard to make sure things like repairs were fair. Irene is AMAZING and I would highly recommend her to anyone that's looking to purchase a home, you won’t regret it.

I took some time to relax before writing this and still couldn’t find anything good say. So rude, and it’s clear all they care about here is what benefits them not potential buyers. Nicole is the worse person that can handle you. Shouldn’t have someone with a entitled bad attitude dealing with potential buyers. Go to other realtors before looking into Keller Williams.

We were so fortunate to have found Irene Santiago. As our Realtor, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was patient as we traveled every weekend from Brooklyn to look at homes over several months. In short, Irene was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Irene was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal. Irene is very honest, patient, sincere and knowledgeable agent. I recommended her to my friends and we would recommend her to anyone.

Irene is amazing! She walked my family and I through the home buying process and we had a lot of questions. We started the process in late August and were in our home by late November. She was very easy to work with, she listened to what we wanted and found us properties that matched exactly what we were looking for. If you're looking for a new home I highly recommend Irene!
