I was referred to iDropped by another shop as I was having keying problems with my iPad. The previous shop wanted over $1,500 for a new iPad Pro 12.9" as they didn't have the expertise to fix my iPad. I was confronted by a tech guy at iDropped, told him the situation I was having and he took my iPad and started checking it out. After 10-15 minutes, he could not get the problem to reappear. The problem was, while using my iPad onboard keyboard, more often than not, the keyboard would not accept the letters I was keying. Sometimes I would just have to quit typing and do something else. On the internet, sometimes a refresh would solve the problem, but not for long. Anyway the tech guy said it seemed I was having a software situation, which has to do with the way Apple provides stacked release upgrades. He said if I backed up my iPad to a PC or laptop computer, and then restored that same backup to my iPad, he believed that would solve my keying problem. Well, it most certainly did! I would like to Thank that tech guy! You were spot on. Thanks loads! I would highly recommend this computer/Apple shop! By the way, I just keyed this entire review without a single glitch!!

He did an excellent job preparing my phone screen he also noticed the SIM card was dislounged so he ended up re-lounging it and now it works fine thank you

The check in process was quick and painless. My estimated wait time was an hour and within 40 minutes I had my phone back in my hands with a clean new screen! Very efficient and very professional. My only regret was that I didn’t have cash at the time to leave a tip

I walked into the iDropped business at Stroudsberg and was greeted within 5 seconds. My phone was assessed within 5 minutes.The phone charger needed to be replaced on my 8 year Android. A part needed to be ordered - waiting for the part to arrive over Labor Day weekend didn't help. But, once the part was in - my phone was repaired within a day. I would definitely recommend this store for exceptional service and fair cost ($63.00).

Service is always top notch. Time frame is always presented accurately and if a part is not in stock its a matter of a couple of days tops. For the speed and accuracy of the work I certainly think the pricing is excellent.

My husband broke his screen bad so we called a few places. IDropped was the only one to respond back. I dropped the phone off Monday and it was ready Wednesday afternoon. Looks like it was never broken!

Had my iPhone 6s battery replaced for the second time in over a year. (I use this phone 24/7 365). I also thought that the charging port needed to be replaced but the technician there looked at it cleaned it out and said nope it’s all good. Reputable business could have lied and charged me more and replaced it as well but didn’t. Excellent service excellent people.

Great place very professional and knowledgeable I had called last week and couldn’t make it in , came in today they fixed my phone in less time than they originally thought. Would highly recommend them for all of their services, very reasonably priced.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had called for a price on an iPhone se screen replacement, guy told me it was $150. I said “the phone costs $150 new. So with an attitude he stated “that’s the price of the screen” and hung the phone up while I was still speaking to him. I’ll pay double somewhere else before giving them my money with customer service like that.
